救命啊！UIS的预申请到底有多少个问题？

我昨晚收到了来自UIS的一封邮件，上面是这样写的：
You have not filled in all required fields in our electronic application form. Despite the fact that you have received the automatic confirmation, we will not be able to process the application and we were forced to remove it from our databasis. ……
但是我那天填表的时候，当做完第16问“Duration of relevant work experience after graduation as an engineer in the petroleum industry”之后，页面就自动跳转回UIS的Admission Requirements for Intake 2009网页了，虽然当时QuestBack的页面底下是“60%finished”，几分钟后我也收到了QuestBack的自动回复邮件。
然后我又去填了一遍，还是同样的。我想请教一下，UIS的预申请到底有多少个问题？

我填的是这样的：
1. Family- or surname

2. First and middle names

3. Gender

4. Citizenship

5. Date of birth (please use the European format: DD.MM.YYYY where day comes first):

7.

8. City and post code

9. Country

10. Have you previously applied for admission to a programme at University of Stavanger?

11. Secondary School Education (Name of diploma/school-leaving certificate, place of completion, year)
12. Higher Education (Institution, start and end date, graduation diploma)
13. Indicate the level of final grade in your first degree. E.g. GPA 4 out of 5 or 80% or other way of summarising your level.

做完第16题就自动跳转了。
