It is commonly believed that the reason why people work is that they need money to live. Undeniable as it is, there are surely some other reasons that people spend effort on their jobs.

First and foremost, not only money but also friends should be required for a person to live a good life. Therefore, to make friends turns out to be one of the main aims that people purchase in work. As everyone knows, in most cases we need a team to accomplish a task. It gives people a great chance to make friends in teamwork during which you may find out that a friend is the one who has the same interest and habits with you. Therefore, you can enjoy the enthusiasm when you compete with each other and taste the pleasure when you cooperate together. To live such a life with happiness, friends are the necessity that people grab from work.

Furthermore, working makes people's everyday life substantialized. Life without work is like book with no words. Everyone's life should be filled with experience to form a whole meaningful life which is just like an interesting book full of stories. Working is one of the most significant part of people's life, and to work means that you have the ability to deal with things and people around you. You get improved in working so that your life develops into a new grade.

In summary, from all the things I stated above, we shall be convinced that money is not the only factor that leads people to work. At least we can get friends and living experience in work. Besides money, we also reap these benefits.
