Nowadays, our lives have been enriched by the fast development of media: and (避免在同一个分句里连续使用and) movies and television programmes (This is chiefly British spelling. Americans spell it 'program'.) are increasingly influential on (You either are increasingly influential or has increasing influence, but you don't 'increasingly influence' something. The words just don't go together THAT way.) people's behaviours in various aspects.
First, the values implied from the movies become the ethics or guidelines accepted by the society. A movie or TV programme usually has a main idea and delivers a certain conception by telling a specific story or illustrating and analyzing a social problem. The thoughts are passed to the public through the mass media (A movie is a part of mass media, so I'm not really sure what are you trying to refer to with 'mass media' here.) and effortlessly accepted by the majority of the people, since we usually believe that before a movie or TV programme is shown to public, it has been approved by the relevant organization or government agency who is responsible for the public's interest. Therefore, the values inferred from a movie or TV programme are gradually developed to be the universal values. (This is a good point, but the question is about 'behavior' - about how people act. You'll need to further develop this point and address how ethics affect behaviors, then you may address how, by influencing people's values, movies/TV can influence their behaviors. You may want cut back on the 'value' argument a little to accommodate for the needed development.)
Second, movies and televisions represent the trends of fashion. The public, especially the teenagers, tend to follow the dressing styles or the tones, gestures, expressions of the leading characters in a famous movie or TV series. This becomes a model of behaviour (Again, it's better to stick to American spellings.) for many people. (This point is in danger of overlapping with the first point, because one can argue that following fashion can be part of the 'values' held by people. You may want to pump up this point on the 'fashionable' side a bit more.)
Sometimes, TV programmes also helps to make people behave themselves. There are some newly launched programmes, in which the bad behaviours of a specific person will be played on TV (By reading this sentence alone it's very hard to tell what kind of programme this is. I didn't get it until I finished the next sentence, so you may want to say 'the bad behaviours...will be CAUGHT on TV'). For example, people who walk across the street ignoring the traffic lights will be secretly recorded by a camera and the pictures of that incident will be presented to the public through a TV programme. In this case, those people who are not afraid of receiving a fine but really care about their reputations will be much more discreet and behave themsleves after watching such a TV programme.
As mentioned above, movies and television, in many aspects, significantly influenced our behaviours in daily lives in a positive or negative (I don't exactly see where you explicitly talked about 'negative ways'.) way.
