Every country has its own education system and every school has its own form of education. So, we can't simply evaluate whether en education method is good or not. There is not absolutely bad or good. Even the best education in the world cannot fit all students' appetite. So what is a relative good form of education? There is no doubt every country develop its education for its future development. They try to cultivate the world's most brilliant men or women. But the results are varied. So, what is a good education? A good education must be accepted by most of the students, parents and the society. Then whether the education should be specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student（or not）? In my experience, only a certain kind of students can accommodate one form of education. So, the education should be designed for different ages and different education background. （说了好的教育是什么，进一步说明不是每一种教育系统都适应所有学生，结论为教育应该以年龄和背景分层教育）

    For children, education shouldn't be designed to meet the students' individual（语法错误，meet individual student’s need）. Because mostly children (用children 是否恰当？)didn't（语法：don’t） kwon （know）what's their interests(语法：what their interests are). During this time, school should foster the students' independent character and creative ability. So, students need to have a rudimentary knowledge of what they learn. Also it is particular important for students to have the common sense of all kinds of subjects. This is a period（of letting them know） let them know the life, the technology (technology the world?啥意思？没看懂)and the world.（这一段说对于children来说，应该是round-education）

    Then, with advancing age of the students, school leaders' should transfer their focus on cultivating their certain interest in some kinds of subjects. For example, some like math（去掉some like）, it will be really welcome if school provide them（with） a place to let them fly freely. If they like music, we should give them more guidance to make their way to future more recognizable.（啥？这句没看懂，future more recognizable 是啥意思） （这段说对于年龄大一点的学生来说应该在学科上尽量提供大的发挥空间）

    For undergraduates or graduates students, it is where we should make the education designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. At this time, most of the students have a relatively mature thought. They can judge whether it's the things they want or they should accept. The certain course designed for the students desire could make their（改为them） more informed. Through the education some of the students will show their talent at research, manage, politic or commercial.（年龄更大的学生应该更大程度上满足其需要）

    Above all, whether education should be specially designed to meet the individual needs need to base on their age level, education background and some other factors. School leaders should balance it by themselves.
