As to any profession, the leader plays a extremely critical role in a successful enterprise. Some one holds that the best way to assure the success is the leader should step down after five years. In my point of few, however, I cannot agree with this state insofar.

To achieve the success, the criteria to choose a leader is that one can certainly function the enterprise well. To a company, the best leader is who can make most profits and strength the competitive capability of the company. In the realm of education, a excellent schoolmaster is who can lead a effective education for students. As to the government, a good president is who will let his citizens have a better society to live in. When it comes to the politics, the possibility of a politician is one can composed the best policy which will improve the development of the whole society. Therefore, if one can act as mentioned above, it is unnecessary to step down the leader after five years.

Admittedly, a new leader will take some passion into a profession to some extent. As is known to us all, when one just take the place, the basic thing he look forward to doing is that he want to present his ability to people, letting them know he is the most suitable person for the realm. And their choice is right. Roosevelt can be the best illustration for it. Roosevelt, who is president of America, became the president when all American are deep into the Great Depression. And he put forward the Roosevelt's New Deal at one when he entered White House. And such kind of policy really activates American economy. In a not dissimilar way, Deng Xiaoping, who is the Chinese chairman, he proposed the Reform and Opening up policy. It is the policy make Chinese economy soar and let Chinese people live a better life.

However, even a new leader can benefit people to some degree, it is no necessary to change the leader after five years. Since their precious experience is which the new leader not possess. We can also take Roosevelt as the example. Roosevelt being the American president for 12 years. Not only the first five years did he contribute to American but also the rest years did the same. The same goes to Deng Xiaoping, Who being the chairman for ten years. He acted well all the time.

To sum up, as the saying goes," Specific cases, specific analysis." If one are capable of being the leader, how long he have being the leader have little things to do with the excellent feat. He will serve to the people all the time.
