In this argument, the arguer claim that to increase our profits, we should begin to stock a full line of organic food produces in all our markets. To support this recommendation the arguer point out that Excello (E) has natural-food stores specializing in organic food products without chemical preservatives whose products lead 75 percent of the fair goers who visited the E cooth requested free samples of organic fruit. At first glance, the claim is gravity rather specific, but after a careful examination of it, the ridiculousness is very near the surface.
In the first place, one of the major problem with this argument is that what the customers' real attitude toward the organic. The arguer only indicates that “the customers requested free samples of organic fruit ". This evidence cannot convince me that the customers are more likely to accept the organic fruit. Because the sample is free, maybe, and quite possibly, they only want to have fruits for free. To sum up, if the arguer wants to convince me, he should leave more evidence such as the customers want to buy the organic fruits at a high price.
Another flaw weaken the logic of the argument is that the arguer do not show us a credible survey. Although the arguer initiates a survey which is more credible than inference without statistics, like all other evidence given, the survey is inherently questionable, for the arguer does not give us the general group, the quantity of the sample and the background of the visitor. It is quite possible that those people who want to buy the organic fruits receive the survey. So it cannot prove that most customers would prefer organic fruits.
The last but not the least, it is not the only way to increase our profits by stock a full line of organic food products. We can also increase profits by developing other department, such as juice, candid fruit and jam. We need not to compete with E who may be having occupy the market of organic food..
To sum up, having fully embraced the assertion that arguer by proving is preferable to arguer by list incredible evidence. So if the arguer still wants to persuade us to believe the claim, he should give us enough credible evidence. Such as the real situation of the respondents and what the customers really want to buy as well.

另外引起全部的有机食物还存在一个问题,有机食物成本必然会高,目前顾客仅仅是越来越关注有机食物,并不代表他们会愿意花钱买,所以全部采用有机食物可能会使公司陷入困境(比较好的做法是采用几个超市试点)
