Universities, as everybody talks about, is the highest milestone in the education courses of the students. As is concerned, universities should make the quality of teaching at a high level, which means that the teaching quality is much different from middle school and high school. Then the question rises, should the universities focus on theories or should the universities require professors spend time outside of academic world, in order to let the students to gain more experiences?

Universities are a place to study theories. No matter what the real problems are, it can ultimately be concentrated to one or two simple model, and then be analyzed and solved as a classic problem, which can be used in other occasion as well. The universities' job is not only focus on one problem, but focus the way to solve many problems, and only in that way, universities can produce so many genius that have much creativity, and can deal with the problems they never heard before. In doing this, the professors simply concentrate on the teaching and research, and do not have to worry about the real problems at all.

The final path of the courses is to use it in professions after all. However, the courses which are told in the classroom maybe have a great gap with the problems which the students will meet. Student study physics may be fluent to deal with the complexity equations, yet have nothing to do when facing an engine of car. So the professor should not only teach the theories, but also help the students to solve the real problem, no matter how basic it is. But to accomplish this task, the professor, no matter what he/she thinks about it, must spend time working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach. And then, they can finally find the problem, sometimes may be so useless to discuss for them, yet is a huge task to the student who do not have any experience at all.

The key to make the student handle the problems of real world is to put the students into the world of professions. Compared with the professors have to go outside of academic world, which they are not good at, and sometimes only have certain effects on the experience of students, letting the students to go outside of academic world and finding problems for themselves can give them more experiences. Truly, if one have just heard someone say what rabbit is, and sometimes saw the picture, he/she may be just know there are a kind of animal. However, when he/she finally touched a rabbit, the feelings are very different from what he/she is told. It can be dramatically change, which is the ultimate way to know one thing. Similarly, put the students into the professional environment is an ultimate way, which improved the quality of instruction at college and university level.

In conclusion, to achieve the better quality of instruction, universities should not only focus on the thesis study, but also let the professors participate in the professions outside of academic world. What is more important is to let the students be experienced in professions. Only through this way, can the students' working ability finally improved, and made future of the students in a better way.
