Take the sports field for example. The wealth of the athletes depends upon their performance. Undoubtedly, the well-known basketball players in NBA, such as Kobe Bryant, receive a high salary. As a result, this rule stimulates other players to progress, which brings fame and profit to the team. If this rule cannot be executed in education, how can we hope that all teachers keep working well?

In addition, this method is not only beneficial for teachers, but also for students, who are eager for knowledge. As is known to all, an excellent teacher can influence a student's whole life. Since teachers keep improving themselves and devote themselves into teaching career, students can always receive wonderful class speeches, patient instruction and creative thought. For instance, when I was a high school student, our school paid our teachers relying on our grades. Benefiting from this policy, math was no longer my nightmare under Mr. Wang’s instruction. So, it is through this measure that students acquire education of higher quality.

Admittedly, there are no gardens without weeds. What we cannot deny is the fact that teachers may focus on students' exam score and neglect the spiritual cultivation, since most students' performance are tested in paper exams.

To sum up, the idea that teacher paid by students’ performance does good to both students and teachers. So why not put this policy into effect?
