People diverge when they come to the idea of how to use the book. Some say that we ‘d better use the traditional books, while others argue that the students will not use printed books any more everafter the next twenty years. As for me, I prefer that people use electronic book instead of printed books. Following are my reasons to support my opinion.
It is obvious that it is more convenient if we use electronic books. Nowadays, people are always pacing in a rapid speed that we would like things to be more convenient. For example , we invented instant noodles, instant vegetables to satisfy our needs. After the electronic book appared , students find they don’t need to carry so many heavy books in their school bag. So it really does light their burden. They go to school only with some take-ups. And they come back home with few things. What a convenient idea!
When considering from the other sides, it is also an economic way to give up printed books. The students have to pay great a deal at the beginning of the term for the book. For example the medical books are quite expensive while students have to spend a lot of money on buying new books. Not everyone can afford the fees , especially for those poor student. What’s more , students always dump their luxury books , which is a great of waste to our tense resources. However, the expense will be slapped a great deal if we shift to use electronic books. They don’t cost much cause you just need to copy one from your classmates or teachers. If you have finished your study , you can just hit the delete button and get rid of the book easily. We students will get finacial benefit from the electronic book.
What really does matters is that we can save a lot of space by using electronic book. The traditional printed book always cover up most of our desk and even extend out of our zones. When you go into a high school classroom ,
you will find their desks are staffed with many books. It is even hard to move through the class! On the contrary , the electronic book only takes up a few space, minimized to several MB of GB in the computer or in the mobile disk. It really does not take much space that we can keep many electronic books as many as possible.
In conclusion, although the traditional printed books are easy to keep and are welcomed by the old, we have to believe that with the rapid development of the technologies an era of electronic book will come sooner or later.
