[活动] TOEFL 2009上半年-Dark_Tournament写作组 网兜妮妮第三十一次作业 [复制链接]

Every one has his/her own way to deal with stress. Some prefer to spend time alone while others like to talk with friends, and there is also part of people which choose to do extreme sports. It is hard to judge which way is better but the way fit oneself is always the best way. So, I can hardly agree with the title.As to me, I will keep bad emotions when staying alone, and sharing unhappiness with friends is my best way to reduce stress.

When I meet a problem, I can hardly keep quiet, and I have an irresistible impulse to speak them out. So, my friends, as my good listeners, are the very people who can share the feeling with me. Through talking with them, I can unload burden as well as relax myself. And every time I retelling the stories, I get the chance to review the problem and correct some of my misleading as well. Then, after that, my friends always teach me to see the bright side of a thing instead of the dark side. So, through talking with them, I can reduce pressure and feel relax.

Secondly, instead of staying alone, talking with others can replace my attention from the difficulties to other things, which is helpful to reduce pressure. For example, when I did not do well in my exam, talking with friends may be useless in increasing my marks, but it helps me out of blue. My friends always cheat about films and traveling, which I was interested in, and when I participate in them, I can make fun and be totally relaxed.

Although sometimes we need a safe place stayed alone to cry aloud, but talk with friends is a better way to relieve stress and relax because it not only helps one to ease down but also given a chance to get advice from others and finally solve the problem. For example, I lost a chance to compete in a part-time job, for the reason my phone is lost and the company loose in touch with me. I felt very unhappy and I blamed myself that I was always careless and finally lost the chance. I was blue whole day until talked with my friends, they said I can explain this to the company and if I try, I would get another chance. I followed their advice and I got the job at last. So, from my own experience, I find that talking with friends is a more efficient way to relax and reduce stress, for it helps us to solve the problem completely.
