[习作点评] “大洋彼岸之风”Fourier2009 备考日志 [复制链接]

研一,计算机专业,虽然有点晚,但不是最晚,都一直在漫无目的的忙,很想把这次考试当成对自己的一次全面的检验,看看自己是否能够学得全力以赴的去做一件事。
   之前一直在看《官方题库范文范文精讲》,认真的把ISSUE部分看了一遍,红包单词系统4遍,最近在忙着考试就没怎么看了。希望在六月份之前的这几天能先动手写两遍,把题库的分类的各块确定好每个分类准备多少东西,写几篇作文。六月份上旬每天一篇ISSUE,六月份中,后旬每天一篇Issue,一篇argu。

A nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college rather than allow students in different parts of the of nation to determine which academic courses to offer.



提纲部分:
1.开头提出赞同的观点。国家和个人要取得更好的发展,就要确保公民更高的素质,这些都源自于更好的教育。教育分为基础教育和高等教育,在基础教育阶段我们要教会学生取  得基本的生存技能和国家赖以生存的基本价值;高等教育阶段就要充分考虑不同地区的差异,取得学生更好的发展,和更好的繁荣当地经济。


2.教育的本质是求的个人和社会的全面发展。过早的制定地方性教学计划,有三方面的伤害。
  (1)导致学生丧失了学习生存基本技能的机会
                                                                                 
  (2)导致各个地方的孩子缺少对兄弟地区不同文化和人民的了解,在以后不能够形成友善,高效的交流
   
  (3)忽视对国家传统文化的教育,而这些正是国家赖以生存的基本


3.高等教育,是在前面的基础教育成果的基础上推进的,高等教育更多的是一种专业教育和研究性教育,是一种区别全民基础或义务教育的高端教育。这就要充分的考虑地区不同    经济文化差异。只有这样才能使得学生获得更好的发展和就业机会,也必将更好的服务和繁荣当地经济。


4.总结 政府应该在基础教育阶段大力推行统一化教育,确保每个公民都能获得基本的求生技能和公民素质。而在高等教育阶段就要充分考虑地区的经济文化差异,制定具体的教学和培养计划。



正文:

Both the better developments of nations and individuals need higher quality and better education of the citizens. Education can be dividend into fundamental education and high education. In the former students should be taught the basic survival skills and the traditional values ,which our nation build on, together and uniformly. However, in the high education the differences between the areas must be fairly and suffiently considered, in order to guarantee the students the opportunity to develop, and the local economy to thrive.


The essential purpose of education is to get indivduals and the country to develop better .However,during the fundamental education, making local educating plan too early can result in three fatal disadvantages.Firstly,without the national curriculum ,the local educational authority would be attracted by the number of students who get entrence to college, to satisfy the demand of parents of their students, which will make students lose the opportunity to learn the basic survival skills, just as the computer skills.Secondly,if the students determine which academic courses to offer, they can easily get short-sighted.They might have a bad understanding of the culture and the people of other states, and thus ,they can not communicate efficiently and friendly with their colleagues from another state. Thirdly, the last but not least,students of different parts determine their own course to study will make them ignore the importance of the studying of traditional cultrue and values,such as respect, kind,and friednly,  the basis of a healthy country, which bind  people from different areas and races as a country ,or as a culture together.


For the same purpose to assure individuals better development and the country's economy prosperity, after the students ,educated by the fundamental education , entering college, we should consider the differences of the economy and enviroment, and the students quality  between the different areas.That is because that the high education is vocational education and research education,but not a compulsory education, which is different from the fundamental education. All the students here should get a retail skills and mayor in a retail discipline, only by this after finishing their study here they can find a good job, and the local economy can benefit from educating them for several years. Therefore the students should determine what courses to study by themselves, which refers to their interest and the conditions of the college they study in.It must be beyond our image that one student of one Alaska college must take one course studyiny the fish in Amazon as a national course to study.Besides, it must be a joke, when someone tell you that one local unkonwn college copy the
the curriculum of Harvard to teach its students ,without considering its economic and educational condition. Therefore, in the college,students in different parts of the of nation to determine which academic courses to offer,considering the retail conditions.


In sum, in views of the essential purpose of education, the govement should require all its students to study the same national curriculum in the fundamental education to guarantee the basic survival skills and qualified citizenship.However, in the high education, students should be allowed to determine the courses to study, considering their interest and the condition of the college they study in. Only by this can indivduals and the country get better development.
