我从上个星期就开始打电话,今天又从晚上九点后一直打到了十一点后,还是没有人接啊 .
怎么办,我报的是6月6号的,我要改日期,急死了.]

先把你的转考要求等内容发给CB（说明电话打不通），留个底，到最后万一真的一直没打通也可以试试用这邮件让CB退钱

换考试信息一定要在两个半星期之前了.所以现在不行了.

没错, 6月6日没考之后仍是可以改的, 若你要改下次10月10日的考试, 最迟是10月10日前的两个半星期, 即9月23日

刚打个电话居然一下就通了,郁闷.......我没想到啊,结果不知道说什么,搞的超级丢人
真是丢脸了..接线员说我要到明天才可以改,因为下半年的考位明天会出
这样就放心了,明天不要再打不通就好.
