我是材料的,EE下也有材料和器件方向,说一下这方面的一些书吧,很偏物理了不知道对大家有没有用:
1 半导体体物理和器件 3rd Edition 施敏et.al. 关于这本书就不多说什么了,很多学Condensed Matter Physics 和EE中(国内专业叫做电子科学技术或电子信息科学技术的)的都奉为经典了,但是个人觉得里书中有些公式推导有一定跳跃,不是很容易理解。现在西交大也出了中文版,翻译得不好不建议购买,俺就后悔了,花了俺56个大洋啊…… 附上下载地址,注册可以下http://www.2ic.cn/html/31/t-373231.html
