• Great Location for Boston University,Boston College student. My apartment is on Commonwealth Ave. It takes 1min walk to Shaw’s and Super 88. Both of them are well known, good supermarkets and 1 min to walk to bus 57 and green line B.

• Safe and convenient. My bedroom is on fifth floor. Tall and strong men guard downstairs 24 hours, like hotels. You can ask them everthing about living here and practice English

• Gym and free swimming pool downstairs. Free, clean swimming pool opened to all tenants and their friends everyday.

• Have your own bathrooms and shared kitchen. This apartment has only 2 bedrooms but 3 bathrooms. You can have your own bathroom, and share kitchen with two nice, quiet girls.

• Furnitured with 1 twin size bed, two mattresses (in case a friend come to visit:) ), chairs, desk, cabinets and also kitchen staff.

• Rent is $800(Price negotiable, because I am going back to China, it is gonna empty anyway) Utilities(air conditioner, electricity and internet) is about $40/month, not included in the rent.
