The arguer tried to persuade investors not to hold the stock of Old Dairy. He presented the following statements to support his result. According a survey, 80% people prefer low fat and cholesterol food while Old Dairy makes many such food products, which means that this company will lost its sale greatly and the profits will meltdown. It is not easy to resist the tempting to accept this unconvincing idea. However, there are several unreasonable statements.

First of all, the authority of this survey is not totally believable. The arguer mentioned 80% respondents but fail to tell us how many people are involved and what the kinds of respondents are. Perhaps these people dislike fats and cholesterol for their weigh problem. As we know, young people seem to like fats and cholesterol. Furthermore, there are many other people who like this kind of food failing to be involved in this survey. In addition, the arguer didn't tell the concrete number of all respondents. If there are only ten people and eight of them dislike fats and cholesterol, the result of this survey has no practical value.

Secondly, the sales and profits may rise against the view of decreasing profits and sales. Old Dairy may have many kinds of products except the sort of high fats and cholesterol. The sort of high fats and cholesterol may be not the core products so that the profits and sales won't be affected severely. Moreover, perhaps this company lost its market share in one city, but it may get a much big market share in other cities. The pure profits and sales will increase instead of turning down.

Finally, Old Dairy may adjust its products in time and get more market share. The arguer gave an advice that people should sell their stock and even persuade others not to buy its stock. There is no convincing evident that the stock value will depreciate. On the contrary, if Old Dairy modifies its product structure, an obvious rise may come out.

To sum up, the arguer asked investor not to hold the Old Dairy stock for its high fats and cholesterol products. To do that, he must present a more detailed survey and category the products of Old Dairy to check it out that whether its stock will be affected by its high fats and cholesterol goods.

Maybe some of us have a common feeling that people become more skeptical than ever before. Therefore, belief and loyalty have been two critical issues which people are concerning with. The speaker acclaim that loyalty is frequently referred as to a negative force exerting on one's friends, employment and institution. I agree with this statement on some certain issues.

What invariably happens is that some companies often make a complaint of the leave of their employees. To vary degrees, all companies face the problems of intelligent loss at some time. As we know, if someone stays at one position too long, he or she will be tried of the work for its tedium and simply repeating operation. The way for him or her to find the passion is either to get a promotion or to leave the job. Usually, the chance of being promoted is very limited in one or two years for a common worker. That is why some people change their career in only one company and try to hunt a job in other companies.

Does it mean that it is really a bad thing for these corporations? The truth is that it is to some extent beneficial for long term development. For the companies itself, the manager can recruit more fresh men to fill the vacant. Some people will find that this is the right place for them to bring themselves into full play. Therefore, the fresh workers generally give us a impression that they always have enough energy to deal with a heavy task and show that they are actually the right persons to manage these programs. No boss doubts the passion of these fresh men for they are new engines boosting the forward of his company. In this case, some people who lack loyalty do be beneficial for a company.

For people who are very loyal, we never have the intention to critic them for they are our best friends. As social individuals, we cannot finish a complicated work only by ourselves and help from our friends is just like a cool bottle of water when we are moving arduously in a life-free desert. We need friends, especially loyal ones. No one expects that he has a long distant journey alone. Even if he does go out by himself, he will try to get along with the strangers beside him. Shortly afterwards, you will find that this man is not alone. What is more, we at times find that many people become good friends after their first meet. When some of us get in trouble, what we want is just a warm hand or firm eyes which encourage us to move on. Only can loyal friends always do that.

To sum up, it is absolutely right to teach people to be loyal to their friends but it should not be accused when people lack loyalty on their boring work.

As we know, young people seem to like fats and cholesterol（这里的逻辑有问题吧。也许这些人不喜欢fats什么的，这句对，那为什么下面又说年轻人喜欢呢，跟上一句话没有关联的。并且as we know太口语化了，建议把这一句删掉。）. Furthermore, there are（加个probably会不会好一些？）
