As I perceive the issue, the latter one is a positive choice. My view will be further substantiated by the following discussions.

First of all, contrary to the opinion of many people is my heartfelt objection to the idea that changing the price of energy resource is the only effective way. There is a growing awareness that power source has reduced quickly perhaps giving rise to control volume of use among the limited source. However, the price, to some extent, will not control people to use this energy. What is more, it may leads to a short-term adverse effect from enhancing the price. That is to say people will buy more than they need to prevent if the price is still increasing. Therefore, one can not say that the prices help to reduce the use of energy before exclude other possible drawbacks.

In addition, even if the prices assist the energy use, there has been a growing swing away from seeing it as the only "ticket" to make sense. There may be some other equivalent methods to control the risks in energy. For instance, scientists can develop some new resources replacing the natural energy. Such things will have long-term benefits.

Clearly, all the analysis warrants unshakable conclusion that it is not the only effective way to protect the natural resource by increasing the prices.

That is to say, human beings should learn how to use technology into their daily lives because of development of high-technology. The more frequently technology develops, the more complicated we live. For instance, we use technological products in our daily life such as cell phone and video camera and so on. It takes us a lot of time and energy to learn how to use them. What’s more, if there is something wrong with the high-tech, we should spend money and time in repairing it. Faced with education is more deeded than before, the vast majority of people claim that establishing a new university should be built in the community. They believe that there is an expanding number of teenagers accept education, but people who favor a new university making no sense, on the other hand, argue that government should pay their attention to the housing and healthcare. As I perceive the issue, on some extent, building a new university is vital to the improvement in education.

First of all, thanks to the competitive nature of society, graduated students with skills are welcomed by the majority of organization. In addition, there is a growing awareness among parents that high technology and science develop quickly perhaps giving rise to high level education. That is to say, with more and more knowledge and theory are established, modern learners should go to university for special field of study. For instance, students who do not go to university to study a special field such as computer are hardly to find a common job because lacking of training. Thus, there is an expending number of students to go to the university. If a new university is build in the community. That would provide more students opportunities to attain the high level cultivation.


In addition, the new university, on some degree, would solve the employment problems. For instance, new cleaners are required to clean classrooms everyday; professors are needed to teach undergraduates; administers are demanded to manage the system of university. Thus, it provides many positions for different kind of people. So, in this way, the government has made the excellent decision.

However, if a new university is funded sufficiently by the government, other funds should be cut down according to the economic balance. So, the government is well advised to give serious thought to balance among improvements in education, housing and healthcare.

Moreover, they have to absorb harmful radiation from the computer and their biological clock may be damaged by playing computer at midnight.

What is more, the reason of increase in crime among youth is that when they are exposed to the violence in computer games, they are more likely to copy the violent acts, considering them acceptable and adorable. That is to say, when they are playing the violent games, they may sometime want to come true some visuals in reality. For instance, I have a friend named Wang, and she played computer games day after day. One day, she always failed in the game, she was so mad that she began to break up her stuffs. She damaged her cell phone and computer. Finally, administrator sent her to the hospital. After long time psychic cure, she recovered. Faced with the development of mass media, the vast majority of people claim that people should see some serious movies. They believe that those kinds of movies help people to speculate, but people who favor comedy, on the other hand, argue that satire is a high and subtle art. As I perceive the issue, both are vital to people’s life.

First of all, there is a growing awareness that serious movies describe the nowadays reality perhaps giving rise to deeply thinking. I admit that people enjoy the serious movie to gain the space for thinking. Further more, I place a high value on serious movie especially the history movie. History movie provides us with an extensive and objective angle to inspect the history incidence as well as the experience of famous people of that time in a vivid form. For example, after I watched the movie about the Qing dynasty, I get to know the when and why the corruption of the dynasty began, and how a strong and energetic dynasty declined step by step and finally fall into pieces.

However, there has been a growing swing away from seeing serious movies as the best kind movies for people. Seeing too much serious movies will give adverse effects. As I am concerned, serious movies make people feel more overwhelming force. For instance, I watched several movies named Ye Wen, Nanjing Nanjing and so on. They are all about Japanese invasion of China. After seeing that I feel so hate the Japanese that I even want to kill the Japanese. Every time I heart about Japanese, I will feel mad. During that time my heart was deeply blue. Those movies give me so much gloom memory.

On the other hand, the comedic movies have their advantages in that it conveys us the light-hearted atmosphere, which dispels the exhaustion and pressure in our daily life. I like comedic for its luxuriant pictures and beautiful girls. I am deeply engaged in the happy endings. They also give me a sunny mood. For example, Legally Blonde is my favorite movie. I like the girl in that movie. When I saw her going to the Harwood and graduation, I felt so happy.

That is to say, students can get education outside the classroom but not in class. For instance, students can learn how to cooperate with others by playing games such as basketball game. When playing games, children may learn more quickly than in class how to do a good team work. Thus, teenagers need not to go to school so long to improve their ability if they can achieve it in other comfortable method. Therefore, they do not have to go to school for such long time to get so called education.

In addition, even if going to school can get more effective education, they may do not have to go to school for such a long time. As far as I am concerned, long time study does not equal to the more effective education. As the old saying goes, “strike a proper balance between work and rest.” We all know that people can not work without have a rest. Only if we have good rest, we can get full energy to get into work. It also means that Students would be tired of study if they never have a vacation. So, it is weird for students to go to school more than eleven months per year.
