[回报寄托]笔试ing的间歇，帮大家修改作文

发这个帖子的目的很明确：回报寄托，O~yeah！
红色部分请大家用宝贵地半分钟看一下，避免浪费彼此的时间！

每天可以义务帮大家改2篇文章一个I 一个A——还有一点，请不要连续发I或者A，连续改一个类型，比较容易吐血~~
由于本人时间也比较有限，可能有时不能按时给大家改，但会尽量按顺序补给大家

请以链接形式发到这里，直接粘贴原文的恕我ignore了（如果每个人都在这里粘贴原文，你们能想象到有多乱吧~~~）
如果在我给大家改之前，就有好心的童鞋帮你们修改过了，我就直接跳过了，为了更大化地帮助其他板油，请体谅！

虽然是义务的修改，我也会尽可能地认真负责，一下几个关于文章的小小原则，希望大家能够理解：
1 拒绝修改有满篇不着边际的语法错误的文章。我知道有些童鞋可能语法的确不是强项，最起码改之前能够WORD纠错一下，或者自己检查一下最基本的语法、拼写错误。
   （凡是我用word打开后有5个或以上的错误提示，我就不能帮你改了，其实这也不算过分的要求撒~~）
2 最好能有一个简单的提纲列出来，帮助我理解你的行文思路。
3 文中自己觉得有疑问的地方可以标出来，这样我可以着重看！（比如不确定的词组、句式、例子引用）
4 我改完之后，希望被修改的童鞋能够在本贴评价一下我的修改工作。这样可以让其他同学有一个参考~~毕竟我之前在论坛也不怎么冒水~

51"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.


Education may be more effective if we educated students according to their needs and interests. But this kind of education may not enough for a person to get the knowledge that he should know.

First of all, no matter the students interested in it or not, I think we should offer them some common courses about the basic science and society knowledge, such as mathematics, history, literature and something like that. As this kind of knowledge is very necessary and essential for the students who want to live in the world well. It's hard to imagine that how it could be if a person know nothing about mathematics. Actually this is the reason why we always to learn some same courses when we in element school or middle school. Despite most of us may hate one or two such kind of courses, we should admit that these kinds of course is very important for our life.

Another reasons that I doubt this argument is that. It's hard to educate each student to meet their needs and interest.
Of course, if we educate each individual by their needs and interests, the students may learn fast. It seems more effective that number of courses will be reduced for each student. However, for the whole education system it may be not as effective as different students have different interests and needs. If we want to satisfy every student we may needs much more teachers and resources. And prepare different kinds of teaching method for different courses. It must be very hard to put it in real.

Finally even we can put it into real that we taught each student by their interests and needs.
We should know that students' interests is not a so stable, even themselves may not know what are they real interested in when they are young. We always have this kind of experience that we usually interested in what we are good at.
We are usually attracted by something during the process of learning it otherwise before learn it. So that it is more reasonable that we teach students knowledge in a broad range first, and then we give them the right to choose the major that they are interested in.

With the rapid development of society,people pays more attention on children's education for the reason that they realized the significant role of education plays in the children's entire life.Well educated children attain compliment from every occupations of people,gain more opportunities in job hunting,complete their own academic and life skills,etc.Hence a higher requirement standard for faculty in school,who served as one of the most sufficient influence resources of children's foster process.The speaker recommends that all faculty in university and college should attend jobs which relates to their teaching discipline outside their academic world.In my viewpoint,undoubtedly the recommendation might possess certain positive aspects,while if it conducted in inappropriate form,negative sides might soon cover the positive ones.

Admittedly,the positive effects of faculty attaining a job outside academia involves several aspects.In the first place,enormous disciplines require instructors to renew and improve their knowledge in consideration of unpredictable changing pace of technology,culture and relationship between people.For instance,instructors in business fields such as economic management teachers cannot simply ignore the giant difference between strategies that managers apply to regulate their employees in modern society and those in the past.Overemphasis on competition of individuals have already taken place by double avenues of interactions,which means cooperation in large spheres while competition in relatively smaller aspects,in order to gain the win-win situation.Under such circumstances,outdated informations and suggestions will instructors convey to students,which give birth to complains from them like they cannot smoothly utilize their knowledge acquired in class in their job.Hence the observation that faculty in such fields actually benefits students if they take the recommendation into practice.

In the second place,not only students who can receive better effects,but also instructor themselves.Working outside academic field might arouse their passion of being continuously educate in respect that pure knowledge outlet might cause unreasonable self-satisfaction and narrow view horizon,in this case the quality of instruction will be impeded and limited.For instance,for the reason that students are require to focus on simply grammar issues and analysis it through fragment of words,professionals teach language might considered it as an subject that remain no potential to explore,nonetheless,brand new holiness will available for them if they pursue a job that combine intricate history and language as a whole,or embrace language into diplomacy spectrum.More complicated and compelling situations,or even powerful competitors will professors face than merely inculcate students,thus attribute to them more splendid academic prospect.Moreover,faculty are able to build reputation during their temporary career,or pick up students while they meet someone talented in specific field.
