"It is always an individual who is the impetus for innovation; the details may be worked out by a team, but true innovation results from the enterprise and unique perception of an individual."
翻译：总是个人推动改革。也许具体工作是由一个团队共同完成的，但是真正的改革还是要归结于个人的进取心和独特的洞察力。

Outline: partly agree

1对前提的分析： “具体的工作可能由团队共同完成，但真正的改革是应该归结为个人的进取心和独特的洞察力”同意此观点。真正的改革一定要有进取心和独特的洞察力，a没有进取心，则会后劲不足，进取心让人不畏困难。例如爱迪生发明电灯
b没有独特的洞察力则根本不会有改革的产生，拿科学技术改革举例，发明出大自然没有的东西，首先要靠想象力，而想象力是洞察力的基础。
因而这两者是必须同时存在的。
2 结论：“总是个人推动改革”不能由前提推出。有的改革是完全由个人推动的，有的则必须要在集体努力的同时才能实现。因工作性质的不同而不同，像文学创作，很少有几个人写一首诗的；像研究科学技术，往往要靠多人合作实现。
3 我的总结：同意题目后半句，但是不能推出总是由个人推动改革。

This issue means that individual’s enterprise and unique perception result in the true innovation, and has the conclusion as “it is always the individual who is the impetus for innovation”. From my point of view, I fully agree with the former perspective, however, disagree with the conclusion.

At the beginning, to accomplish the goal of innovation, one must have enterprise and unique perception. For one thing, enterprise is the guarantee of innovation, without which there will be little power to meet with the countless trouble on one’s way to success. Enterprise means that go ahead even though the way before is rather hard to proceed and never give up. This is one of the crucial factors that contribute to everyone’s achievement. For example, the famous inventor Tomas Edison didn’t lose heart when he had failed to find the best material for making lights. Image that without enterprise how many times would Tomas Edison do? For another thing, perception is the soul of innovation, without which no matter how hard one tries innovation will not be accomplished. As to science innovation, the scientist must firstly have imagination of what the truth of the phenomena is, and then go to practice through one’s own perception. His perception lead him to the way that more likely near to the truth.

However, the views above cannot be the reasons for “it is always the individual who is the impetus”  Some of the innovations are pushed forward by individual, but some of them should be pushed forward by teamwork. It is divided for different characteristics of work. In the process of policy innovation, it is almost the individual who is the leader or government executor that for their wills to do innovation. As an illustration, the 16th President of the United States, Lincoln, who lead the Union during the Civil War and emancipated slaves in the South. Just for the individual’s great work, a society needs these kind of people to lead it, and society can be innovated. On the contrary, in the science field, the great innovation in most cases need teamwork. In university of Cambridge, there is a traditional convention called “having afternoon tea” which is a helpful activity for this university’s professors, part of whom are the Nobel Prize winners. They get together at the fixed time to communicate with each other while enjoying tea. Thanks to this activity, these professors from different departments share their latest inventions or ideas with each other have helped Cambridge be more competed when pacing up innovation of both nature science and humanities.

Therefore, we cannot fully assume that it is always the individual to be the impetus of innovations with the mere reason that individual have enterprise and perception to fulfill true innovation, they don’t have direct relationship with each other. And it will go to extreme to say “always” because there are some other occasions at the same time.

感觉写这种话题的文章实在太痛苦了，想提纲就想了两个小时，可能今天脑袋有点不好使，看了同主题上的例子最后还都没用上，郁闷啊，像这样的题目好难下手啊
