Education is such an important career that determining the future of a country,  even the whole human society. Who will take responsibility for the education of the young people is a question that must be concerned carefully. I claim that, education is the responsibility of the whole society, especially parents and communities, besides professional educators.

As we know the professional educators play main part of educating our next generation, because they have professional knowledge of how to stimulate the curiosity of a student and what is the best strategy of studying. No other people can take place of them. The professional educators usually have to spend at least two years to study education and psychology to make sure that they will be good teachers and helping children to be good citizens. Obviously, both parents and communities have no such basic knowledge, so we cannot count on the parents and communities to play the main role in education.

Nevertheless, we can also not make it to an excuse for parents and communities to escape from doing their obligation. Children, like white paper, anything is able to write on it. Children will learn by observing others, which is said by a famous psychologist Bandura. Therefore the surroundings and what others do will teach them a lot, especially their parents and communities. When the parents' behavior or opinion is contrary with professional educators, the students will feel lost and easily to intimidate the wrong thing. If parents and communities put all the work to the educators, the result must be very depressed.

A suitable situation is that educators take the most part of education, supplimented by the parents and communities involvement. There are several beneficial effects as follows. The first effect is that parents and communities can well know the goal of education, so that they can do some assisted work to help the educators. It is impossible for the teacher to meet all the needs of every students. The second effect is parents and communities can create a more consistent surroundings with educator creates, which will lead students more easily to be a person what the society expect. The last effect is we can avoid some mistakes made by educators. Teachers are not perfect men ,they can also make mistakes. If no one have a eye on them, students may learn some fault knowledge or inappropriate opinion about society.

In sum, education is indeed an important career needs parents' and communities' involvement. The professional educators will play main part of education and add the support of parents and communities.

ISSUE 94 - "Universities should require every student to take a variety of courses outside the student's field of study because acquiring knowledge of various academic disciplines is the best way to become truly educated."
1、仅仅学习自己领域的问题会导致思维有局限性，所以要求学习不同的课程对学生的思维拓宽有好处
2、但是课程的数量也要严格的限制，不能本末倒置，毕竟人的经历是有限的。
3、对于特殊的学生，我们也应该有灵活的处理，不能一味追求全面发展。
