Before adopting a set of restrictions on landscaping and housepainting, the homeowners in Deerhaven Acres (DA) should make a complete examination to the evidence afforded by the author. The author assumes that the measures taken by homeowners in nearby Brookville (B) community is successful, and that we will also succeed if adopting similar means without considering other some(去掉) factors which may have impaired his or her assertion.
First of all, there is no evidence to show that it is the restrictions implemented by homeowners in B that enhance average property values in B. In fact, a myriad of variables that caused the rise in the property values in B have been overlooked by the author. For instance, perhaps B city has been established as an economic special region by the authorities in the last few years, which bring many opportunities to work and invest there. As a result, a larger number of emigrants and investor come into and work in B and so give rise to the rapid increase in their property values. Without taking the case into consideration, it is too rashly to contend that the restriction of homeowners in B make effects.

Even assuming that the measures taken by homeowners in B are successful, to claim that homeowners in DA also can succeed by implementing similar measures as B's is open to doubt. As is well known to all, there may be extremely huge disparities between different regions, such as surrounding transportation, living facilities or even the safe. If the(去掉) there are much more bus stops and subway lines in B than in A, it is fully likely that due to the bad transportation condition, people, although they are satisfied with our arrangement of unification, still cannot choose to live in our community. Consequently, lack of the consideration, the assertion that A will enhance their property values is not unconvincing.

Finally, the author fails to take into account the fact that something may have been changed over time. As is known to all, fashionable styles are constantly changed with time, so people's interests in the appearance of community before seven years are possibly entirely different with theirs nowadays. Further, perhaps people quite like the unified appearance of community before seven years, which make B's measures take effects; while the similar measure may be ineffective in that today people seek for the individuality and switch to be fond of the community where there is(are) different appearances. For that matter, the average property values in DA can not be enhanced.

In actuality,(Actually) there are many measures to boost the property values. For example, improving the safe environment(可以这样讲么?the secure of the environment), or making great efforts to publicize the characteristics of DA to the investors, or even spontaneously lobbying the authorities to enhance invests to the area, and so on, all of which will conspicuously enhance their propriety values at large. Consequently, the author should not ignore many other better possibilities above to increase propriety values but only recommend to adopting the restrictions similar to B.)

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that unless the author recognize the possibly real reason for the increase in propriety values in B and the difference between two areas, the recommendation provided by the author cannot be convincing.
