I strongly agree with the assertion that all nations should help to develop a global university which is intended to address the world's most perpetual social issues. However, simply depending on a global university is not enough, and thus to solve those problems it needs the cooperation and endeavor of every individual, institution and nation together.

To begin with, it is necessary to all nations over the world to engage in addressing the world's most perpetual social issues in that those problems involve the benefits of any nation and exert a profound and influential effect on the future development of overall nations throughout the world.  For example, environmental aggravation, energy crisis and greenhouse effect, all of which affect the development of every nation all over the world.

Moreover, due to the influence of those existing world's most persistent social problems, all nations must take immediate measures to cope with them. Universities, where a wealth of academic elites and sophisticated equipment gather, naturally become one of the best alternatives. A variety of scientists there can cooperate together to strive to research and deal with those social problems more effectively and efficiently. In contemporary society, it has become one of the world’s most persistent social issues that a large number of people in any nation suffer from various epidemics. For instance, SARS, a past widespread epidemic, deprived a great many patients of their lives in many nations, which had a negative and influential effect on infected areas and threaten overall people’ health throughout the world. To treat this severe epidemic, many universities all over the world made every effort to research them and devoted a lot to treating them sooner, which saved the majority of patients suffering from them timely.

While universities play a significant role in coping with the world's most persistent social issues, we should not merely depend on them to solve all of those problems. It is because quite a few social issues, which result from history, politics, economy and so forth, are too complicated that universities cannot solve them perfectly on their own. As a consequence, overall individuals, institutions and nations should strive to address those problems together. For instance, poverty, which is often followed by starvation, is one of the profoundest world's most persistent social problems, and cannot be solved merely by universities. Not only should the developed countries assume the responsibility to help those developing countries with poverty and starvation, but the united stations and various global institutions should also dedicate themselves to supporting the development of those nations in need. Through cooperation and endeavor of overall nations over the world, global most persistent social problems is likely to come to an end in the future.

In sum, not merely should all nations help support the development of a global university intended to addressing the world's most persistent social issues but any individual, institution and nation should devote themselves to helping cope with those problems on the ground that them are usually involved the benefits and development of overall individuals, institutions and nations throughout the world.
