According to the local media, some people suggest university students should be required to take basic science classes even if they are not part of the field of their study. So recently ,the issue of
whether it is necessary for university students to learn basic science classes even if it has nothing to do with their major has been posed to people. Those who believe this opinion argues that learning the basic science will contribute to their further study and finding a beneficial job. However,as far as i am concerned,I don't agree with this statement as it will waste time and cause the dissatisfiction aboat the university from students.

To begin with, when some basic science classes become the mandatory classes,it will waste time and money.Clearly, attending the basic science classes will cost time and money since students need to spend time on it and they also need to pay the tuition fees.on the contory, learning something about basic science won't facilitate students who don't study this major to learn their own major,on the controy,it will make them spend less time on studying further aboat their own major. As a consequence, the paying and the gaining is not balanced.A vivid example can be found from one of my friend who
tatolly hates learning
everything about science but love to study chinese literure deeply,if the universtity force her to learn about science,i am pretty sure that she even cannot understand what the teacher is talking about as at high school she cannot understand that. So,for them attending these classes just wastes their time and interferes them to study what they like.it is obviously our surroundings abounds with these examples.

Furthermore, forcing students to attend basic science classes which they don't like will cause complainments.Everyone has different gifts when they was born,so learning basic science will not suitable for everyone. It will be a disater for someone who can not calculate the angles in the triangel to
learn about liner algebra .moreover,as they are in the university ,if they attend these classes, they need to sit for the exams.with no interest and knoeledge about science, they will certainly have much conplainments about the university as it will be difficult for them to pass the exam and failing in the exam will cause them a lot of troubles such as loseing the chance of obtaining the schorship.Ann,One of my roommates, regerets choosing the accounting as her major pretty much as she hate to learn math from the primary school.I can hear that she always make complaints about the university. However, this major is chosen by herself, imagine when the students are forced to learn something they don't like. These conplaines will have negtative effect on the relationship between students and universities which will not comtribute to the development of both of them.

Admittedly, there are some advantages aboat participating in the basic science classes. As when students study more further about their own major ,they will find many subjects will cross, learing it may help them to have a better understanding of their own major. What's more, with the increasingly firce competition, mordern society needs the individuals who have compound knowledge, consequecely,it will make them find a job easier.

Judging from all evidence offered,we may safely arrive at the conclusion that university should not force the students to attend the basic science classes.Though the advantages that taking basic science classes leads to are considerable, they cannot compete with the benefits that giving students more freedom when the disadvantages which are wasting time and destorying the relationship with students and universities are taking into account.Woth respect to these drawbacks, i deem that providing these basic science classes for students who have interest in these can make contributions to improve the situation.

Those who believe this opinion argues that learning the basic science will contribute to their further study and finding a well-paid job. However, as far as I am concerned, I don't agree with this statement as it will waste students’ time and cause the dissatisfaction about the university from students.

To begin with, clearly, when some basic science classes become the mandatory classes, it will waste time and money since students need to spend time attending these classes and they also need to pay the tuition fees. Learning something about basic science won't facilitate students who don't study this major to learn their own major, on the contrary, it will make them spend less time on studying further about their own major. Furthermore, forcing students to attend basic science classes which they don't like will cause complaints. Everyone has different gifts when they were born, so learning basic science will not suitable for everyone. For instance, it will be a disaster for someone who cannot calculate the angles in the triangle to learn about liner algebra .Moreover, as they are in the university, if they attend these classes, they need to sit for the exams. With no interest and knowledge about science, they will certainly have many compliments about the university as it will be difficult for them to pass the exam and failing in the exam will cause them a lot of troubles such as losing the chance of obtaining the scholarship. Ann, one of my roommates, regrets choosing the accounting as her major pretty much as she hates to learn math from the primary school. I can hear that she always make complaints about the university.

To begin with,it is clearly that we need to spend much time on studying the past if we want to find the similar issues which can provide us experience. As we know, finding the similar issues though millions of historical issues is a tough task for people as human beings has  existed on this planet for millions of years.Even though we have computers now,it is still necessary for people to analyse something which the computers cannot. Moreover,we cannot just copy the methods what our ancester used,we need to pick out which is useful for us to solve the problems present and future.Obviously, doing these tasks still need more time ,energy and money. An vivid example can be found from the flooding issues.People want to solve the flooding problems all the time.Imagine now the Yangzi River has some flooding problems ,we cannot use the menthods which were used to treat with the Huang River. And also,in different parts of the Yangzi River, the geography situations is quiet differnt ,in consequence ,we need to find the just same part of it.No doubt, this process will cost us a lot of time.If wen can use this time, maybe we have already solve the problem. Our societ abounds with these examples.

futhermore, the situation is changing all the time ,it is not quiet certain that the historical experience will give us some valuable suggestions and the problems what we face now mayebe not appear in the past.Just like ,in ancient time people use birds to exchange information but now we use internet,so many historical experience will not benefit to us. with the development of society and technology, some important issues such as the environmental problems. It is manifest that in the past our ancesters didn't use the chemical material often and the global warming didn't exist in the past but it is the one of the most significant problems human beings need to face.As a result,if we want to solve this problem ,we cannot find some useful information in history bacasuse it didn't exsit in the past.

Admittedly, the historical experience will provide us some information which can enable us to adoid some mistakes. In the industrial age, most countries  developed their economics at the cost of the pollutions of the environment which is a warning for some developing countries that they cannot do the same way and need to protect the envoronment.

judging from all evidence offered,we may safely arrive at the conclusion that though the advantages that studying the history leads to are considerable ,they cannot compete with the benefits that focusing more on the comtemperrary issues brings out, when the disadvantages which is studying the history will cost more time and energy and maybe it cannot apply for the comtemprary situations, are taking into account. With respect to these drawbacks,i deem that studying the past and concentrate on the present issues at the same time will improve the situations.

To begin with, it is clearly that we need to spendmuch time on studying the past if we want to find the similar issues which canprovide us useful experience
这个句型我们下来讨论一下,好像一般语法和文章上都说定语从组可以简洁的分词结构,当然你这里不错). As we know(觉得有点口语化了), finding the similar issuesthough millions of historical issues is a tough task for people .Even though wehave computers now, it is still necessary for people to analysesanalyze something which thecomputers cannot do. Moreover, we cannot just copy the methods which ourancestor used, we need to pick out the method which is useful for us to solvethe problems present and future(我感觉,说说我的感受,你圆周句用的少,应该长短结合,如果长时间用定语从句会很boring的).Certainly, doing these tasks still need more time, energy and money. A vividexample can be found from the flooding issues. People want to solve theflooding problems all the time. Imagine now the Yangzi River has some floodingproblems, we cannot use the methods which were used to treat with(用词不太准却,treat一般对人,招待啊,治疗啊,用occur the Huang River. And also,in different parts of the Yangzi River, the geography situations is quietdifferentvaried)。 in consequence, we need tofind just the same part of it. No doubt(口语化),
可以这样说 it is not doubt that

According to the local media, many people are debating the function of history, so recently, the issue of whether it is necessary to understand the past when we solve problems present and future has been posed to people. Someone who believes this statement argues that history can provide us much valuable experience, which can avoid us making some mistakes. However, as far as I am concerned, I don't agree with the opinion as studying the past will cost us much time and energy and situations are changing all the time.

To begin with, it is clearly that we need to spend much time on studying the past if we want to find the similar issues which can provide us useful experience. As we know, finding the similar issues though(through) millions of historical issues is a tough task for people. Even though we have computers now, it is still necessary for people to analyses(analyse) something which the computers cannot do. Moreover, we cannot just copy the methods which our ancestor used, we need to pick out the method which is useful for us to solve the problems present and future. Certainly, doing these tasks still need more time, energy and money. A vivid example can be found from the flooding issues. People want to solve the flooding problems all the time. Imagine now the Yangzi River has some flooding problems, we cannot use the methods which were used to treat with the Huang River. And also, in different parts of the Yangzi River, the geography situations is quiet different, in consequence, we need to find just the same part of it. No doubt, this process will cost us a lot of time and energy. If we can make full of use(make full use of ) this time, maybe we have already solve the problem. Our society abounds with these examples.

Furthermore, the situation is changing all the time, it is not quite certain that the historical experience will give us some valuable suggestions and the problems what we face now maybe not appear in the past. Just like, in ancient time people used birds to exchange information but now we use the internet, so many historical experience will not benefit to(去掉to) us. With the development of society and technology, some tough problems such as the environmental problems appear. It is manifest that in the past our ancestors didn't use the chemical material often so the global warming didn't exist in the past but it is  one of the most significant problems human beings need to face now. As a result, if we want to solve this problem, we cannot find some useful information in history because it didn't exist in the past.

Admittedly, the historical experience will provide us some information which can enable us to avoid some mistakes. In the industrial age, most countries developed their economics at the cost of the pollutions of the environment which is a warning for some developing countries that they cannot do the same way and need to protect the environment.

Judging from all evidence offered, we may safely arrive at the conclusion that though the advantages that studying the history leads to are considerable, they cannot compete with the benefits that focusing more on the contemporary issues brings out, when the disadvantages (which is)改成of studying the history will cost more time and energy and maybe it cannot apply for the contemporary situations are taking into account. With respect to these drawbacks, I deem that studying the past and concentrating on the present issues at the same time will improve the situations.

Do you agree or disagree that improving schools is the most factor in successful development of country.
修改过的:

In the modern society, education is one of the most attractive topics for people to discuss. Recently, according to the local media, a new debate about education begins. The issue of whether improving schools is the most factor in successful development of country. Someone who agrees with this opinion believes that improving schools can cultivate more talents for society. However, as far as I am concerned, improving schools is an important factor in facilitating a country become marvelous, but it is not the most significant one. In my opinion, the individuals themselves and public relationship are also pretty important factors.

To begin with, It’s evident that nowadays people is the key factor in improving a society. In consequence, cultivate more brilliant people will contribute to make society prosperity. Obviously, improving schools only provide some objective facilities; the most key is the students themselves. If students don't want to study, no matter how well the facilities such as libraries and laboratories the government can offer them, they still cannot become brilliant. A vivid example can be found just from one of my high school classmates. Her parents give her the best hopes. They asked the family tutor for her and provided all material which she needs to study, but she didn't like to study .Finally, she still cannot go to university. In contrast, in the retrospect to history, Edison, one of the most innovative scientists in the 21st century, he didn't have the chance to receive some well material to study, but he still became talents and makes a big contribution to society. Our surrounding abounds with examples like that.

Another significant factor is Public relationship .It’s manifest that school is only a part of one's life, but the public relationship and communication is throughout all one's life. If the government wants to educate the individuals to become talents, absolutely, public relationship is a key factor. Moreover, in modern society, what can bring us more benefit is teamwork and the bound to maintain teamwork is the public relationship. Columbus cannot get to America only by himself. With the development of technology, increasing number of tasks become complex and need to use the knowledge from many different subjects. Imagine, a physicist needs to solve a task with some chemical problem but he didn't have a good relationship with other scientists, how can he solve this problem. What’s more, a country also needs to have a good relationship with other countries which plays a key role in improving a country as the globalization is developing all the time. Typically in economy, countries need to exchange goods to get what they want. For example, China exchanges clothes and daily necessities for iron from Australia.

Admittedly, improving schools will enable a country become successful. As if more advanced facilities can be offered to students, they will have a chance to receive a better education which will enhance the possibility that they will become talents. Through the Hope Project in China, more and more students can go to schools which will benefit their hometown.

Judging from all evidence offered, we may safely arrive at the conclusion that improving schools is not the most significant factor. Though the advantages that improving schools leads to are considerable, it doesn't take the individuals themselves and the public relationship into consideration.
