It is definitely true that no matter who you are, you must obey the laws every time and everywhere, however, when it comes to some so-called unjust law that confine one's freedom, run counter to one's religious belief and do harm to interests of society, should we let alone the unjust laws or even resist them as the speaker said? To me, I strongly disagree with this aspect of the speaker's claim.

It is our responsibility to obey laws no matter just or unjust. as the old saying goes, every coin has its two sides, laws themselves due to their narrow limitation can not guarantee to keep absolute objective justice to citizenry in a nation. Without the fast and hard rules of law, it is highly unlikely to expect a society to comply with those law, since justness and unjustness are relative concepts that different individuals may view the same laws with opposite opinions, owning to their religious, status, interest, freedom and so forth. Consider, for instance, a controversial issue of homosexual and even same-sex marriage, some hold the opinion that a person has his/her unfettered freedom to choice his mate and homosexual, in some sense, does not violate the law of marriage. However, common sense tells me that it not break the traditional custom but also bring to society a bad morality. Even a forceful example is our attitude to abortion, individuals with particular religious belief tend to view it unjust since abortion deprive the right of survival of a baby, while others may view it just for every mother poesses freedom to choice whether generation. Theres is no definite boundary to divide law into just and unjust.

In fact, the very function of law is to bring stability and order to the group of people that the laws are enforced upon. if any action of disobeying so-called unjust law from his/her perspective, the whole society would undoubtedly come into chaos owing to his/her own criterion and the law would perform practically no function. Consider, for example, in a army what the most significant rule is to obey the orders that given to the subordinate regardless of his/her status, if some only obey orders that are just ones from their own perspective but neglect the unfairness ones during the wartime, it is very likely to lose their lifes and even the success of the battle. This example is particular meet to the laws and citizenry, in short, for a legal system to bring stability and order for a society, the laws must be implemented equally among the population.

However, can not we except the certain condition that some clause in the law acknowledged by majority of citizens as unjust ones and the law due to certain cause would not meet the needs now, although the rules of law must be fixed or unchanged. The correct attitude toward the flaw of established laws is to reflect them to the legislators through way, and then the legislator should amend the law and ensure its rigid as well as flexibility. Only through this way could social regulations be improved appropriately and we maintain our right to the most and without imprudence. Therefore, amendment of law to parliament is particular necessary, which in some sense, alter so-called unjust rules of law into just ones across justify method but not to resist them.

In conclusion, because the basic function of law is to maintain our society to a stability and order one. What we have to do by the time when facing the problems that regard whether just or not about law is to obey them; flawness of law is unavoidable due its narrow limitation, legislator should adapt the law to a relative suitable one which benefit more to citizens and society as a whole.
