100619NA If you need to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others, you will use e-mail or text messaging, or use the telephone or voice-messaging



The communication skills are so important in human relationships that proper use(using) of them could improve the efficiency of the whole team. Among the diverse communication ways, the email(e-mail?) or text messaging, which we call text-communication, and the telephone or voice-messaging, which we call voice-communication, are the two important indirect ways that are useful when discuss(discussing) upsetting or controversial problems with others. From my experience, I combine both of text-communication and voice-communication to achieve a(an) effective communication with others on the some unpleasant issues.(communication貌似是不可数的)(一半一半的观点其实很好)

The text-communication, given its permission for individual(s) to develop their own thoughts completely and logically, can communicate and express to the recipients with comprehensive information on the controversial problems. For example, in the past exam of my GRE test,(你考过G啊
真厉害！) I got a very low score on my writing part and I highly doubt about the evaluation(应该用 scores level好点) they gave me. So the first step to communication with the ETS should be text-communication, (个人用例很好)stating my doubt on my test result and why I need a re-evaluation on my analytical writing part , as well as （加上collecting） many of my background information(the test information, the personal information, and so on). In this way, the employee can easily get my points on the re-evaluating issue and would like to respond me with more information I need, by text-communication of course. The text-communication is very effective in this stage(situation)

However, after the both sides get clear on the situation of the problem, the key problem on the controversial issue(我认为换成key problem concerning controversial contents会比较好点) must rely on voice-communication to solve. Let’s continue to see my occasion of re-evaluating my GRE writing part,
when my re-evaluating process is undertaken, I should make phone calls to ensure that they have censored my writing part carefully and show the details about why they rated me at such a low score. In this case, I may make some defenses on my writings,（？） and they should respond me right after I propose the questions. Only by this way, the both of us could argue for our own stance to get a final balanced result. Therefore, the voice-communication is more effective on interactive resolution(to get a satisfactory solution) on the problems. And the clients of the problems can exchange their controversial opinions back and forth to achieve a final conclusion.

Indirect communications are effective on solving the upsetting and controversial problems. (这一句不知道是评价哪一个观点，最好去掉)And the combination of the two ways to solve these problems would be more effective compare(comparing,如果主，系表都全了，就看看是不是把这个谓语换成非谓语动词) to using single way, for each of the ways have their limitations and forts（？）.

总得来说你写的不错，不知道把自己曾经的考试写的分数低是不是会影响阅卷老师对你的看法，或者会更加严格的看你的试卷，呵呵~个人意见
