-The study of history will be helpful for us to make decisions and avoid make the same mistakes in history. past is the history of present; present is the history of future.
-The study of history is an important part of the learning of our culture and out nation.

221． The chief benefit of the study of history is to break down the illusion that people in one period of time are significantly different from people who lived at any other time in history.

+  people of different period have something in common , such as our desires and motives, as well as our fears and other basic characteristics. Through this realization, we can benefit as a society in dealing more effectively with our enduring social problems, and make prophecy .
-        People of different period  changed somehow indeed, including their custom ,brief ,language, illustrating the evolution of human race.
-        The benefit of the study of history is more than to break down ,  set a example for and inspirit descence

48.48        The study of history places too much emphasis on individuals. The most significant events and trends in history were made possible not by the famous few, but by groups of people whose identities have long been forgotten."

-        历史是由major创造的,but as a whole groups ,they are of great meaning in history and be studied and remembered , (法国革命)
-         few information are related to the individuals ,and as individuals ,they are of little signification to the progress of history
- famous few , their action and detemination always of significant means and function in  history and be the representation of the majorities.

137. 1. 居民下水上运动，不能说明他们会使用m河的娱乐设施，另外 该河是否适合建设娱乐设施，既设施的内容， 安全性 都未明确。
2. 政府公布了澄清河水的计划 河水不一定就澄清。
3 河沿岸公共设施的状况如何 是否需要改善，是否有必要改善 （如果河流的娱乐设施没有人使用）

1.  没有证据 和数字表明报告内容是否属实
2   92年以来新增就业机会超过消失的岗位数量 但是 是否是下岗人员就业  还是人口增长， 新增人口就业，而下岗人员仍失业
3.  “很多失业人员已经找到了新工作”“很多” 含糊不清 是否具有代表性？且未说明失业人员用多久找到工作

145.  打鼾的人比不打鼾的人更容易长胖
1. 对打鼾的人白天很累 的解释 描述 不科学 没有依据
2. 容易累并不表示 少锻炼或者不锻炼
3. 没有证据 假设前提 打鼾的人多吃少锻炼或不锻炼

1.没有证据表明t鱼类数量下降是因为过度捕鱼  其他原因造成t 鱼类数量下降
2.  o岛鱼类数量没有下降的原因不一定是禁止捕鱼
