在百度文库里馊“旧托福听力PartC原文(95-04)”。 这里的老托福听力原文为什么比93篇要多,,而且只是从95年到04年的?

[0:00.4] do you have (problem of->trouble) sleeping at night, maybe this is for you.
[0:04.5] when you worried about (needing sleep and toss and ) turn (trying) to (find a) comfortable position, you're probably (can even make->only making) matters worse.
[0:13.3] what happens when you do that, is that your (hard->heart rate actually) increases?
[0:18.3] making it more difficult to relax.
[0:21.0] you may (also) have some bad habits that contribute to the problem.
[0:25.4] do your rest frequently during the day?

[0:30.2] or and you exercise (strenuously) late in the day?

[0:49.3] don't bother with sleeping bills, they can actually cause worse (insomnia) later.
[0:54.7] the best thing to do is drink milk or eat cheese (or tuna fish)

[1:01.7] and help reproduce neural transmitter in the brain that induces sleep.

[0:22.5] shopping patterns changed.
[0:24.9] instead of (patronizing) downtown stores
[0:27.8] (people in the suburbs went to large shopping malls outside the city and closer to home.)
[0:33.2] merchants in the city failed and there stores closed.
[0:36.8] down town shopping areas became (deserted)
[0:40.1] in recent years, there's been a (rebur? in->rebirth of) down town areas
[0:44.0] as many (suburb ? return->suburbanites have moved back) to the city.
[0:47.2] (They've done this, of course, to avoid highways clogged(klɔg阻塞) with commuters(kə'mju:tə 每日往返上班者) from the suburbs.)
[0:52.7]  (and->I've) chosen this particular city planing problem our dependent on private transportation to (be grouped to discussion.->discuss in groups).
[1:00.8] I'm hoping you all will come up (with) some (inevate->innovative) solutions
[1:04.8] oh, and don't approach the problems from a purely sociological perspective.
[1:09.9] try to take into account the environmental and economic issues as well.
