分析：看了很多朋友的分析了，说说我自己刚才想的，because前面同义，所以空格同义，老陈的书说过把选项挨个变成名词，然后与形容词放在一起看是不是同义的，找词方法C,D都可以，但是我觉得选C，为什么，因为公司跟学校合作的目的还是自己挣钱，所以，如果选D的话就变成公司倾向于不保护学校的利益，这样当然会伤害到自己，我觉得这样是矛盾的，虽然语义可以，但是这是费力不讨好的，损害自己的利益，公司应该尽力使自己的利益最大化，所以我觉得D不合适，选C了，求讨论

我觉得你解释不通，如果是违抗的话也不定跟A有关，至少题里没这么说，那么A挣钱就不一定是不可解释的，我个人这么觉得
