In the lecture, the professor acclaims that team work might not so efficiency and fair which contradicts the reading passage, and the professor states a study, resembling a group of people in order to do a project, which conducted by a company,
Firstly, the professor talks about the first result of the study. Some team members do not contribute to their project, whereas they get the same recognition like other members. And the really contributor does not obtain anything more. In contrast, the reading passage believes team members could have a very rewarding.
Secondly, the professor talks about efficiency of team work, he states there are two kinds of situations, the first is too many meetings prolong the decision of project, the second is that some influential members might over control whole team and some members' opinion might be ignored, which is detrimental to their team's creativity. This point disagrees with the reading material's opinion.
Therefore, the contents in the reading passage are totally jeopardized by the professor and the professor has totally different ideas on the topics made in the reading.

As for talking about the most important factor in relationship between people, there is always much debate, just as telling the truth. In my opinion, telling the truth is important, but it's not the most important, actually, in my words, I do not consider making a white lie occasionally as a horrible mistake between people. And my reasons are as following.
First and foremost, being honesty is undoubtedly a kind of virtue for everyone. If there is no honesty exists between people, the relationship would be ridiculous, because anything might be the fake.
However, honesty should not equal to always telling the truth, because people always need some skills to deal with relationship with others. Making a white lie occasionally is such kind of skill. Just take a little thing which might everyone could recall it. When we were the child, mother always told us those color tablets were sweet and even delicious, but the kids’ tears showed that our dear mother made what a big lie. I do not think this kind of lie should be criticized.
Secondly, some white lies could lubricate the relationship between people. Everyone has his/her own defect, we should learn how to avoid hurting them, because it is a kind of respect. Just take a little fat girl for example. When she tries to lose her weight and do some exercises in the sports field, incidentally, you encounter her. Then, she asks you if she looks like a little thinner than the past. What should you reply? I think the best answer is that: of course you look better than ever before, come on, you would be a slim girl! Then, I think there would be a big smile appear in the plumpy girl's face.
Therefore, I absolutely affirm always telling the truth is not always appropriate to any situation, although I think that honesty is one of the best virtues of human.

The speaker totally states that the painting was belong to Rembrandt, and make a completely counterargument against the reading materials' opinions.
Firstly, the speaker talks about the fur collar was added about 100 years after the painting was accomplished, which has been analyzed by X-Ray spectrum. Furthermore, the speaker mentions that the reason of adding fur color was designed to make the painting more valuable.
In addition, the original painting showed that the woman wearing a light color shirt, which could reflect light in the woman's face, therefore, there was no shadow that was expected.
Lastly, about the wood panel, experts have found that glued wood pieces were also added by some people. Because the larger size of the painting could raise its value. Eventually, the speaker also mentions that experts also found that the panel of Rembrandt's self portrait was from the same tree that provided the controversial painting's panel.

独立
Friends are extremely important for one person, and there is an inevitable situation that friends would be different along a person's whole life. Therefore, an controversial argument raises that whether old friends or new friends are more important. In my opinion, the new friends are more important than old friends, though I admit that old friends are also unforgotten.
The old friend just like a sweet wine, the longer it preserved, the more delicious it is, they know your personal idiosynchracies, and make you happy easily. However, one person would grow up, and go to other places for new life, at different phrase, people always meets different friends. New friends is always suitable for your current career, new friends will give you some supports, even some kind of instruction. Just take Mr. Wang, my neighbor for instance, he is a sociable and courteous person, and he always could make new friends in new circumstance. When he got a new job to a new city, everything was so hard for him initially. However, something was changing when he made some new friends. Not only did they help him rent new flat, buy a new car and so on, but also they provided the new company's work instruction. What a fortune he made so many kind new friends. And I probably do not think his old friends could give any really useful help.
In addition, new friends could broad your outlook, as you and your old friends has known each other deeply, generally speaking, there is not so many new things or thoughts to share. I think it is a happy thing to share new thoughts or experiences with others, new friends could tell you what he/she experienced and his/her views of something. It could enrich your life.
Lastly, generally speaking, old friends always live in your old places, such as hometown, while new friends always live close to your present resident, then new friends always close to your daily life. It's very convenient for you to have fun together. It’s a big advantage in comparison with old friends. For example, in weekend, you just need a call for your new friends, and then you could have a fun and cozy happy weekend.
To sum, although old friends are important, the new friends are more suitable for your current lives not only benefit for your career, but also joyful for your daily life, thus, my opinion is clear that making new friends are more important.
