Question ：Do you agree or disagree with the following statements? There is never a reason for people to be rude (impolite) to another person. Use specific reasons to support your answer.

   Is there any one once really make you angry unhappy and totally out of your mind? And when that happen will your mind have been controlled by rudeness and asperity. In general nearly everyone has the experience of angry or something like that. However for me, being rude or impolite to someone is always the last thing i could do albeit i used to be rude to others. for three reasons rudeness is not a good choice to express your strong emotion: rudeness will hurt yourself, it will block the communication and it will impair the social relationship .
   At first place being rude to someone will hurt yourself including the mental health and physical health. rudeness is a furious action which will cause our mind nervous then it distract your focus on the problem that we need to handle say, when you are rude and impolite to somebody who mess thing up you wouldn't be able to consider the problem he bring about after you calm down your mind. and rudeness will also impair your physical health because it will activate some enzyme to affect your body and mind such as increase your blood pressure and disturb your organic function etc. especially for frequent angriness and rudeness. so for the sake of our health we'd better not be rude to anybody.
Secondly let's think about what will happen if we're in mood when we are in communication or conversation with some body. There wouldn’t be any effective communication when we don't want to understand each other not mention be rude or inimical to each other. for instance when our classmates make some nose in the class that show impolite ,may not intend to do that, to our teacher, he'd rather stop lecture and wait us to be calm, because with non-effective communication he can't teach us anything and we can accept anything when our mind is disturbed by other things. Therefore rudeness or impolite will do harm for our communication.
At last, our social relationship will also impair our social relationship with no doubt. When you are rude to someone you hurt his feeling. Somebody may not willing to talk with you after being treated rudely. Mostly rudeness also stands for disrespect and respect serves as one of the foundation of social relationship. what's more when you lose respect to somebody you destroy the personal conference with him. Consequently your social relationship deteriorates.
   Through all of the analysis above, I can draw a conclusion rudeness is the last thing we would do when we communicate with others for it will impair not only our mental health but also our body additionally it will bring us bad social relationship and non-effective communication. Moreover rudeness like disease will infect others bring bad temper and cause bad circles in society.

Agree or disagree? If children want to do well in school, parents should limit the hours of watching TV programs or movies

have you ever heard of a news before about a boy killed his parents at home at night many years ago. when he committed his crime he contributed all of these to an horrific movie and he just wanted to imitate the hero pretending his parents are monsters. what a terrible and frightening accident the bloody movie bring about. In my opinion, parents should limit the hours of watching TV or movies if they expect their children to do well especially in school.it is not only because the mental rubbish it will induce but also the time it would waste and considering our physical health.
At the first place mass media ,more specifically the TV programs and movies will often bring some spiritual rubbish to us. Admittedly TV programs and movies bring us a maxium numbers of information which will broaden our sight enrich our knowledge, but it will also reflect some dark sides of human beings. And maybe it would affect much on adults with complete ideology, however for child with incomplete ideology ,it will produce evil outgrowth. Just like the example at the beginning of the essay, the violence and outrage some programs or movies convey will distort the ideology of little children and befoul their pure nature even destroy their whole lives. So limitation of time of watching TV or movies should be put on them, and less distraction will with no doubt to improve their performance at school.
Secondly wasting time is one of the most reasons that we should consider in the problem. Nowadays there are so many kind of TV programs and movies that would attract almost everybody's attention, not mention the little children who usually fail to get the capability to control themselves well. Say, in my childhood, the sofa in front of TV would always become the most favorable place that I wanted to stay. Every time when my parents went to work, I would secretly turn on the TV and doodle for a long time. Unluckily test will show how much time i spended on it and how much effort i made and it would often punish me with little scores for wasting time on TV. Without working hard children would not perform well in school and watching Tv or movies is the main one of the main reason of taking up the time spended on study. Therefore limiting the hours of watching TV or movies is good for children and their future.
At last let's talk about the physical damage watching TV or movies will bring to our children. The most importance is their eyes' health in this case. As we all know the TV emits radiation that would affect our eyes. when we have watched Tv for a long time, our eyes would feel tired. the process is much faster than that of reading book or something like that. And then the object on the screen would become blur, the blur makes us get closer to the screen. And just after a period of time we probably need to wear a pair of glasses. Particularly this procedure would happen much faster on a child than on a adult because children's vision system is in the stage of development that means it's much more tender and susceptible to stimulations from outside. So it is much easier for a child to get myopia. The only way to keep this from happen is to limit the hours of watching TV and movies. With healthy eyes children can surely do better in school.
through all of the discussion above, limiting the hours of watching TV or movies is an efficient method to make your children do better in school, and also that would save their time to do things with more meaning such as reading books and sports and keep their mental health as well as physical heath, improving their study performance and life quality.

According to a recent survey in a country  about what kind of working place is the your favorite, nearly 60 percent of working people prefer to work at home than any other place and particularly the rate is higher than 75 percent in the Internet and computer fields. The survey tells us nowadays, the working concept has changed ,people no longer like a fix schedule working in the office room. They turn to a more flexible and home-working style for now. Well in my opinion I shared the same standpoint of the conclusion of the survey. For three reasons I consider home working is better than working in the office.
In the first place, for me the home working is much more cozy and comfortable than working in the office and a comfortable environment will better stimulate  the efficiency of my work. For instance, at the time, there has been a common tendency that many companies and corporate started to permit their employee to work at home, the result turns out to be that a great of these companies have gained more profits than their opposite in their field. What's more some scientists also make such an experiment home or office which the place will make the volunteer more efficient and less nervous. The results show the home working group  performs better. Better efficiency of an employee means more benefit the corporation will get. So home working is obviously the better one.
Secondly, considering about the time we would save on the way to the office each day not to mention the fuel and power we would save. Without wasting time on the traffics and the power we mostly use on the driving our cars. We will concentrate more time on our work and better protect our poor environment. For example, my dad hurt his own back last month. Considering this his boss let him to work at home for 2 weeks for he needed to convalesce.In the two weeks, stopping driving car save our nearly 100 dollars,in addition, it produces less exhaust than before. If we all less drive our cars, there must be less exhaust in our atmosphere which can pollute our environment and then we will breathe more fresh air and get more money saved from fuel to do things with more meaning.Therefore, with no doubt, home working can bring us a better life.
At last, we should consider the flexible schedule the home working can bring to us. In everyday life, each person has his own peak time which can best perform his ability of one period. For me maybe the peak time is the evening, perhaps I am an owl style guy, and it is the same as many owl style guys who can perform best in the evening and often in the low situation in the morning of one day. So a flexible schedule is of much importance to this kind of person. A normal schedule cannot meet their need. The office room will of course be close at night. However, the home working schedule is their best choice. They can choose their peak-time to work if they like. This method can also be used to an employee who is a young parent and cannot leave their young children. The home working style considers more personality than normal office working.
Through all of the discussions above we can understand there are many advantages in working at home and it can help the employee be more efficient, save more time and money on the traffics and give us a more flexible schedule to better control our lives and work. In a word working at home in some sense is a much better way than working in the office.

20090403NA Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teacher’s salaries.

With the development of the society and economy, education has been put on a vital place in a country. How to improve the quality of education so that our children can get stronger ability has become a key problem in front of us. The teacher is the most important aspect we should consider to solve the problem. For a long time, it is said that teacher's salaries should be increased if we want to immediately improve the quality of education because more salaries would make our teacher more dedicated to their job without considering searching for other ways to get money to compensate their shortage of money sometimes. From my standpoint, raising the salaries of teachers might not be among the most significant aspects to promote the quality of education. There are some other reasons should be taken into account first such as the education facility, students' living condition.
In the first place, raising salaries may make our teachers lose motivation to better their job skills. A handsome salary may stop their paces to investigate how to teach the students is better for them and can make them accept more knowledges. For instance, in China in the 80s last century , the workers' salaries had been increased to a pretty high level according to a bill of the country. But higher salaries didn't drive the majority of workers to work harder. They just lay on the handsome salary and lost their aspiration to live a better life through hard work. Because the money had meet your every need at that time. Then the factories didn't get what they earned before cause salaries raising and many factories went broke. After this tragedy, managers started to study a reasonable salary system that can award ones who worked hard and punished who didn't. Merely increasing the salaries of teachers without any method to control the process would mean little to the quality of education. On the contrary it might do harm to the motivation of teachers.
Secondly, various aspects should be considered before the teacher's salaries. Such as the facilities of education, quality of the textbook and bibliography(reference book) ,the living condition of students. Students can hardly do the experiment and experience the actual knowledges without adequate experimental instruments. Nothing can be thoroughly controlled if you won't do it yourself so be it with the students. A textbook in some sense can determine the consequence of learning. A better textbook can obviously improve the quality of education because it can help the student better interpret the concepts and terms or something like that. The more accurate interpretation leads the students in a reasonable way to think and analyze the things they encounter. What's more living conditions can significantly affect the quality of education. How could you imagine a man can be eager to learn if he faces some living problems. In this sense dorm and environment of the campus should also be took into account. We cannot say these aspects are less important than raising the teachers' salaries. At least we should consider them at the same time.
Through all of the discussions above, we can see there are numerous solutions in response to the problem in the beginning of this passage. Increasing teacher's salaries seems no better than other ways. We cannot estimate which is the best way to improve the quality of education. The integration of them may be most effective to further the education and only by this can we truly help the students and children progress.
