目前研究领域及方向：亚洲房屋设计及开发、现代主义知识传播、不同地区空间文化差异、城市重建及感知。
招聘一名博士
研究方向：建筑设计、城市设计及空间分析

语言条件：

托福成绩不低于550（笔试）或213（机考）或79（网考）
雅思总分6.5以上
国内英语六级总分490以上
其他语言能力考试或测试换算成托福成绩，达到550（笔试）或213（机考）或79（网考）即可

PhD positions at City University of Hong Kong Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering

Talented candidates are encouraged to apply for a PhD position at City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Kim looks for talented PhD candidates who are passionate and encourage themselves to become a successful scholar and researcher in the discipline of architecture, urban design, and spatial analysis. The current areas of research are housing design and development in Asia, knowledge dissemination of the modernism, cross-cultural comparison of everyday lives and places, and urban redevelopment and its perception (but not limited). Please find the qualification for a PhD position at City University of Hong Kong. General qualifications for PhD include:
•  A minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) or 79 (internet-based) or
•  A minimum overall band score of 6.5 in IELTS or
•  A score of 490 in the Chinese mainland’s College English Test Band 6 or
•  Other test scores that may be regarded as equivalent to TOEFL 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) or 79 (internet-based).
