Ideas,trend,concepts, helping explain the facts ,have contributions in revealing the laws and principles about this facts, which ,moreover,could help students address the analogous problems .Analyzing these ideas,trends,concepts behind the fact could reveal how the facts begin , move on and conclude,therefore , we would sum up the developmental principles and laws about the facts,which could use to resolve analogous matters we have never encoutered before. The resembling matters might be referred to the same advancing regular pattern as the previous facts. Take the extraction of DNA and RNA as a example. Indeed, understanding the quality and structure of DNA , we could have understanded
the protocal of extraction DNA from cell. Such as ,DNA locates in the nuclear of the cell, therefore ,the first step is adding water to damage the cell membrane , after that step is heating to remove the DNA binding protein which protect DNA avoiding physical harm. Only if having known the concepts and basic feature of DNA we could establish the process of extraction. Moveover, we find that the prococal of extraction of DNA could be also used for extracting RNA from cell , because of RNA have analogous chractaters of structrue and quality as DNA . From this ,we have addressed the problems of extraction RNA. In this extent ,I concede that speaker is of some correct.
(2)During the procedure of analyzing the ideas ,trends and concepts ,we have developed our own distinctive character of value judgement .
These ideas ,trends as well as the concepts ,for us ,could be purily used as the rude material for thinking . Consider the appraise of an architecture. In this process ,all essences about the architecture is just the thinking material, different conclusion,no matter whether right or wrong ,made by our various methods. The one who use the way of reading historical abstraction might consider it a splendid constructure, but, others might think it nomal by way of observing the constructing process. In the procedure of using distinctive means , we have developed our own way to judge events around us ----matches the core of our educational purpose ,which intend to teach our students develop their own evaluation of judgement rather than giving an accurate answer.
2.disagreement:
how do we establish the process of extraction DNA if we do not know even a little knowledge about DNA? how do we give our evaluation over the architecture if we have never seen it? The facts is foundation of analysis.
