Nowadays, national fitness program has been populated（popularized） in China. The government has invested to construct a lot of outdoor gymnasium to help keep the people’s health. Take myself for example, I like playing basketball, and I have been accustomed to get hurt when playing basketball. I have to get the knowledge to deal with all these emergency. A sizable percentage of people argue that, teachers should be paid according to how well their students perform. At the risk of sounding too directly, I definitely disagree with the statement because there's no standard for the students' performance and different students perform in totally different ways. My argeument is as following.
First of all, a teacher, as normal, should be responsible for many couples of students. Different students may perform quite differently. For example,outstanding students may have excellent performance in every single examination and may get hundreds of awardness. Some naghty children may be not good at getting a good mask in the exams and may have caused thousands of troubles. One teacher should keep eyes on students in both extreme  types. while in another teacher's guidance, the students perform averagely, which means no one is particularly outstanding and no one is particularly incompliant. It is hard to judge which teacher should be paid higher.
In addition, how can we judge the students' performance is awesome or not? In the other saying, how should we establish the standard since it is closely associated with the teachers' salaries? You may have found the impposibility. Take two of my friends as comparison. Both of them are good persons. One is very good at study but does not know how to get along with others. Sometimes, she may even not perform to be respectful to the teachers and elders. What's more, she is not dept in anything else but study. At present, the most popular resource is the Internet. But is it enough for us to just depend on the Internet? I am applying for graduate school now. I had to make a complete schedule since I was a freshman into the university. If one do not get his/her goal in the planned period, he/she may lose the chance to get admission into the dreamed graduate school.
