Some may claim that government should place restrictions on scientific research and development. However, others disagree that. As far as I concern, I believe that govenment should place some restrictions on scientific fruits rather than scientific reseach and development. As we all known, the nature of science is to find the truth. It is a process that discovers and solutes the problems. If restrictions can be placed on scientific research and development, science would be a tool which is on behalf of some class interests. And the innovation derived from science would be decrease due to the restrictions from government. Lack innovation, the society development would be holden up. However the government should support the development of the science on the world problems such global warming. Such problems cannot be sovled by one group scietists from only one county, which require the cooperation from all contury in the earth and scientist from different counties. Support from all counties is the precondition to deal with these problems which determine the denserty of human. The last but not the least, scietific fruits should be controled by the government. It is widely known that science is a two swords for the reason that it can benifit the human and can destory the human. Nuclear power is one of the distinct scientific results which can be taken advantaged of to produce electric power and can be used for the war. Besides, the technology of clone is an innovation which not only can contribut to the healthy of people but also can destroy the human. In sum,The development of society results from the innovation from the science. Without the development of science there would be no development of society. What the goverment should to do is to support the development of the science on the world problems and to restrict the use of scetific fruits not to place restrictions on scietific research and development.

As far as I concern, I believe that government（government） should place some restrictions on scientific fruits rather than scientific reseach(research) and development.

If restrictions can be placed on scientific research and development, science would be a tool which is on behalf of some class interests. And the innovation derived from science would be decrease (decreased)due to the restrictions from government. Lack innovation, the society development would be holden up.（反面）

文章观点很清晰~但是文章说到fruit应该被限制~不应该光说反面的吧~也可以说说什么fruit不限制~~

讲到development应该得到support的地方有点单薄~~可以在丰富一些~
