What a student shouldlearn is not just knowledge but the abilities to learn; and skepticism is oneof the most important factors. Although I agreed that skepticism should bebrought into study, over skeptical to everything is unwise.

To begin with, skepticism plays a significant role in theprocess of knowledge acquisition. First, forstudents themselves, skepticism will bring them with a deeper understanding anda more retentive memory toward what they study than the way that directly acceptfrom the teachers. Nearly every student may have such an experience that if we discussan issue vehemently with skepticism with the teachers or other students, it wouldbe more familiar and deeper understood when meeting it the next time. Second, skepticismcould incite the students to be a creator instead of a passive recipient. No knowledgeis perfect in the world, including that printed in the text books. If thestudents could merely repeat the words the teachers instruct, it does not mean theyunderstand the knowledge, but mean they could be probably only followers insteadof creators. By contrast, skepticism would provoke the students to think how toadequately use what they learn to deal with the issues in reality. Hence, theeffect of skepticism in the process of learning knowledge should be highly emphasized.

Besides inthe classes, skepticism is also regarded as a key factor in further study and researcharea. Primarily, many noticeable scientific advances are the results of risingquestions from the skepticism toward the existing things or theories. For example,Galileo dropped the balls from Leaning Tower of Pisa to demonstrate that theirtime of descent was independent of their mass which was contrary to whatAristotle had taught; Newton was inspired to formulate his theory ofgravitation by watching the fall of an apple from a tree, which seems normal inthe eyes of common people; and Darwin proposedthe scientific theory called species evolution and natural selection, which refutedthe traditional creationism. In the modern times, it becomes more important forthe researchers to probe the unknown world with skepticism. Moreover, in certainfields like politics, legislation or commerce, skepticism would provide comprehensiveand impartial thinking when establish or execute the measures. Moderate skepticismwould reduce the risk of failure and make the policy, law and business moresuccess. Therefore, skepticism is ubiquity no matter in the field of science orhuman society.

Nevertheless, it is unnecessary to bring too much skepticism to whatever westudy. For one thing, some kinds of knowledge have been recognized as universaltheories which need not to be reassessed, such like “one plus one is two”; foranother, in the beginning of the knowledge acquisition, over skepticism wouldinhibit the knowledge digestion. for instance, for the students who begin to study, emphasizing on skepticism would possibly lead to confusion and rejection towardknowledge. Accordingly, over skeptical to everything isunwise.

To sum up, moderate skepticism would ensure thelearners a deeper understanding, a more retentive memory and creation ofknowledge. However, students should not be encouraged to bring too much skepticismto what they learn which would lead to counteractive effects.

Should students be skeptical to any knowledge they learn? In my view, with skeptical attitudes to every science benefit to cultivate student's subjective thinking ability so that they further understand the knowledgeable points. Therefore, I agree with the spokesman's assertion that we should cultivate skeptical attitude of students rather than how much they passively accepting.

On the one hand, so-called authorized theories are not absolutely seamless. With the advent of industrial life, people's lives are becoming even more comfortable and convenient following the technologies whose theories trends to be perfected. However, creative and innovate spirits seem to disappear among the students because they think theories on books are absolutely right rather than relatively true. Admittedly, the knowledge on our teaching materials is the accumulation of long term experience of gorgeous celebrities. Yet does it mean we must entirely believe that? I do not think so because such theories and knowledge are made by human, who are kind of animals always make mistakes, thereby, there are some faults on the books that we can not find until now, or temporally accord with natural principles. For example, with most authority the so-called perfect theory "The Evolution Theory" is queried by many scientists, which have been deeply believed by most people as natural basic principles for long periods. Thus this theory is likely to be overturned from books.

On the other hand, student's skepticism helps enhance their abilities of subjective thinking and creative ideas for the reason that with skepticism students hardly believe that everything is not absolutely right or wrong but relatively depends on the circumstances. Therefore, they are willing to ask questions and try to figure out solutions. Admittedly, with the attitudes of skepticism does not amount to totally deny anything they learn, but to discover ways to perfect or consummate original theories. Consider the fact of students who studies history, for the reason that nations have their own benefits, stances and cultural requirements, each of them more or less serves to modify, defame or glorify history. Therefore, students hardly recover the original history so that sometimes they grow to misunderstand the essence of history if they are passively obtaining knowledge what they taught, and more severe, give up their innate skeptical spirits.

Turning next to the contrary side, if students just completely obtain knowledge from rot books, they also do not understand the true essences of the knowledge of theory. Admittedly, our would-be knowledge will largely be enriched by one and one of books, which are totally learned and have a superficial knowledge of that. Therefore, real useful knowledge that can not be found from the surface of books could be applied to practicality serves to be very little. On the contrary, real elites derive from questions once and once again. Moreover, such notions of knowledge will form a deep impression in our mind and can not be deleted as a result. Consider computer science, which address practical use. If students are not willing to ask profession questions after they engage in empirical use, they will never understand how the programming works without teacher's help and depending on the knowledge of books.

In sum, I fundamentally agree with the speaker's assertion that skepticism help students in studying, and further in their whole life. Passive gaining of knowledge is wrong and leads to severe results. Subjectively cultivating students' skepticism plays critical role in current educational system, and thereby, the students can best develop their potentiality.

With more emphasis placed on education, themarks of exams are regarded as the only assessment of a student's educatedlevel, the goal of education have been changed from teaching student to thinkand solve problems to approach the definite and correct answers. However, thistrend is not the goal of education we anticipate, students should bring acertain skepticism to what they study, in addition, undue skepticism may leadto a dilemma.

Encouraging students to bring a certainskepticism to what they study can help them develop a critical thinking, whichis the fundament of thinking independently instead of blindly accepting whateverthey study. The critical thinking is not mean to topple over the intrinsictheories, but to inspirit students to learn more deeply and thoroughly. Astudent with skepticism will try his best to closely examine and scrutinize onnew theories or principles they meet. After he has raised a question, he willvery likely to search for data to support his viewpoints, and it is where thethoroughly cognizance comes from. Therefore, a student with skepticism will notonly learn more effectively, but also learn to think from differentstandpoints.

Besides, students will step into societyafter graduating, and go to all kinds of industries. Some of them may becometeachers, scientists, scholars, engineering, for instance, facing all kinds ofpractical problems which have no define and correct answer. It is the skepticismgive them critical thinking to probe the unknown world. Moreover, in otherfields, politics, legislation, commerce, for instance, moderate skepticismprovides comprehensive thinking when establish and execute the measures. Yet,the benefits of skepticism in education are just tip of the iceberg. We shouldshift our focus from the myopia of restricting study to a long-range view thatwe are cultivating our students' spirit of skepticism --- in order to ensurethe critical thinking --- for the future of society.

However, undue skepticism to whatever thestudents study can lead to counteractive effect. It is unnecessary to bringskepticism to everything because some theories or axioms can be explained bycommon sense or famous and widely acknowledge scientific law. If a studentbrings skepticism to Newtonian mechanics, he may have great trouble in learningmechanics. Obviously, undue skepticism will inhibit the process of learning andconsume--- insignificant and ineffectual as I see--- a lot of energy and time.

To summarize, skepticism would ensure ourcritical thinking and provide us a method of thinking from various angles. However, students should be guide properly in case of over-skepticism.

Should students be skeptical to any knowledge they learn? In my view,
with skeptical attitudes to every science benefit to cultivate student's subjective thinking ability so that they further understand the knowledgeable points.(with 和 so that 重复) Therefore, I agree with the spokesman's assertion that we should cultivate skeptical attitude of students rather than how much they passively acceptingcultivate 和how much they passively accepting 不能搭配上,即 rather than两边短语不平衡).

On the one hand, so-called authorized theories are not absolutely seamless.(好!) With the advent of industrial life, people's lives are becoming even more comfortable and convenient following the technologies whose theories trends to be perfected(这段话与With the advent of industrial life似乎意思重复了). However, creative and innovate spirits seem to disappear among the students because they think(consider?) theories on books are absolutely right rather than relatively true. Admittedly, the knowledge on(in?) our teaching materials(text books?) is the accumulation of long term experience of gorgeous celebrities(社会名流?!)(或许可以写成:accumulated(or “compiled”"editted")by gorgeous scholars over a long period of time). Yet does it mean we must entirely believe that? I do not think so because such theories and knowledge are made by human(common people?), who are kind of animals always make mistakes,(这句观点很好,我觉得可以不提动物:who would make mistakes occasionally and also could not master all human knowledge,) thereby, there are(maybe) some faults on(in) the books that we can not find until now, or temporally accord with natural principles. For example, with most authority the so-called perfect theory "The Evolution Theory" is queried by many scientists, which have been deeply believed by most people as natural basic principles for long periods(for a long period). Thus this theory is likely to be overturned from(by?那么后面是editor应该) books.(这段观点不错,学习,只是有些用词不准确和句法失误)

Admittedly, with the attitudes of skepticism (这里缺少主语,感觉with 的用法失误这是全文的第三处,需要注意一下,或者想作主语的话 with要删除)does not amount to(不明白,是is not eaqual to?或者 means?) totally deny anything they learn, but to discover ways to perfect or consummate(这两个词意思重复:perfect and develop?) original theories. Consider the fact of students who studies history(可以写成history study), for the reason that nations have their own benefits, stances and cultural requirements, each of them(指的是学生?书本?因为后面serves to主语好像是sth) more or less serves to modify, defame or glorify history. Therefore, students hardly recover the original history so that sometimes they grow to misunderstand the essence of history if they are passively obtaining knowledge what they weretaught,(删~) and more severe, give up their innate skeptical spirits.

Turning next to the contrary side, if students just completely obtain knowledge from rot(?) books, they also do not understand the true essences of the knowledge of theory. Admittedly, our would-be knowledge will largely be enriched by one and one of books(不懂~), which are totally learned and have a superficial knowledge of that. Therefore, real useful knowledge that can not be found from the surface(书皮?) of books could be applied to practicality serves to be very little. On the contrary(前面的句子与elite似乎不构成对比关系), real elites derive from questions once and once again. Moreover, such notions of knowledge will form a deep impression in our mind and can not be deleted as a result. Consider computer science, which address practical use. If students are not willing to ask professional questions after they engage in empirical use, they will never understand how the programming works without teacher's help and depending(depend?还是and前后不平衡) on the knowledge of books.

Passive gaining of knowledge is wrong and leads to severe results. Subjectively cultivating students' skepticism plays critical role in current educational system, and thereby, the students can best develop their potentiality.

论点抓的很好,可惜的是 一些语法、用词confusing, 妨碍了阅读的流畅~

这限时限的我。。。T T
“The key that opens all science are undoubtedly a question mark.” says Balzac. Students should bring skepticism in their learning career. In this point, I fundamentally agree with the author.

First, on one hand, skepticism is indispensable for science innovation. If the scientists complacent with the existing research results, science would not be developed. As we know that people before 16th century hold the idea that the earth is the center of the universe, but Nicolaus Copernicus, who is a Polish astronomer, first questioned the authority, put forward the fact that the earth goes around the sun. Examples abound like Copernicus, such as Giordano Bruno, Albert Einstein, John Maynard Keynes, they are all questioned the authority and innovate or perfect the science. On the other hand, skepticism not only well for innovation but also help finding errors. Galileo Galilei for example, he suspects the idea of Aristotle who was the authority for a long time, corrects that speed of falling objects has nothing with weight. So we should courage our students to question what their teacher taught, perhaps another significant discovery of the science would be find by our students.

Second, just think the benefits for our teaching-studying system. Since our teachers are human, they maybe have flaws. If students do not have skepticism spirit and just accept the knowledge passively, no matter how perfect they learn from their teachers, they would still bring merits and flaws. And keep skepticism will also deepen our understanding of the questions; continued doubts and suspicion and continued answering is another way of learning, which is different from only accept the teachers, and this way generally improve the initiative of learning. For instance, I am a student and I think keep skepticism when I accept the knowledge from teacher made me more desire to catch the true, and in this way I feel successful and enriched instead of boring.

However, we should notice that the proper and moderate skepticism is essential. What if we question our teachers in a improper or excessive way? That must cause a serious problem. We must trust our teachers before we get knowledge from them, this is a necessarily respect in learning process, and we should allow some mistakes occur when your teacher teaches you but not to hold these mistakes. Remember that your goal is study but not to carp. The math for example, I think it is naturally that a math teacher makes a little mistake in a complex formula; in this condition I think it’s no necessary to investigate teacher's responsibility.

To sum up, I fundamentally agree with the author that skepticism help students in studying and the science, all we students should keep skepticism to better learning of knowledge and to best develop in the future in a appropriate way.

觉得开头简单了些,考虑了skepticism及过度skepticism的影响。好像没什么别的想法了?我就是来借鉴借鉴的。。。
