In the lecutre, the speaker reputes the advantages brought by the option that employees can work only four days a week.
First of all, the assumption that company's profit will be increased is denied by the speaker as the additional cost for new workers' training, medical warefare, office space and computer will be a big problem. In fact, the companies may spend a lot more.
Secondly, the conclusion in the passage that employees maybe more energetic and efficient if work less days is also doubtful. From the viewpoint of the speaker, there is the possibility that companies require their employees work overtime and raise expectations for them, hoping them  accomplish the same work.
At last, insteading of enjoying a better life as the passage imagined, the employees who choose to work four days a week may risk reducing the living quanlity. The speaker is afraid that these employees maybe the first ones to lose jobs and easily pass over the promotion of their career as the bosses prefer those work full time.
