From my perspective,I can never agree that advertising is a waste of time and money since customers have known what they want.If advertising is really a waste of time and money,why there are full of diverse of advertisements in our daily life?The products shown in the dvertisements are generally the newest  ones and have more advantages compared to the previous .Most of them are unknown to the customers.Meanwhile,a great number of shops and companies will give a discount in some special festivals,and they usually  advertise in television or on the Internet.Without a informational  advertisement,it is really a pity to  the customers.On the other hand,not all the advertisements are making to propagate products or to make money  .
    To start with,in the current world ,we are surrounded by an amaing deal of  advertisements,which are usually new and fresh to us.The majority of them are designed , invented or producted lately .The advertisement always make  detailed and clarified introduce of the products,which are useful to the customers .Undoubtedly, the advertisements are significant for  the manufactures to broaden the market and to  enhance the consumption .Even if the customers have decided to buy what they want,the advertisements still give them many  other choices.I concern  advertising is not time-wasting and money-consuming.  
    Additionedly,most of the shops or companies will give a charming discount to celebrate in some days special to them,and they will distribute the informationo on the street or  in television,on famous website . I am sure that the kind of advertisements are  beneficial and useful to most of the consumers.Though, some consumers  have already known what they want,it seems that some of the products in the advertisements ,which they have not considered, are useful to them .These advertisements will never be a waste of time and money because the advertisers  can always  benefit from them and they  are oppotunities to the customers.
    In the other aspect,all the advertisements are not made  to propagane products obviously.We can see some no-profit advertisements providing us many useful information about the poor or the disease  suffers,which will make us think deeply and  give our help to them for peace and love .Other advertisements are made to delight and educate the public ,which are really important to the society.Like the advertisements I reffer above will never be argued as a way of wasting time and money.
From the reasons I state above ,we  conclude  that advertising can be never thought as  a waste of time and mone because customers already known what they want.The individuals who believe it must ignore the statements above.At the same time ,advetising is always essential to both the manufactures and customers.

因为不知道你的作文题目是什么，所以不知道你写的与题目是不是很紧密。我觉得你是想写广告不是浪费时间和财力的事。
其实你想说的原因很好。就是用英语表达的不是那么清楚。主要是有些句子写的不是那么准确。比如你的主题句：I can never agree that advertising is a waste of time and money since customers have known what they want. 我很难理解你想说什么通过这句：since customers have known what they want.
其他还有一些小错误：not all the advertisements are making to propagate products or to make money。

make  detailed and clarified introduce
celebrate in some days special to them

distribute the informationo
Though, some consumers  have already known what they want 这句话出现次数太多了。

能不能把since改成even if， 或写两句话来表答你的意思啊。我第一次读的时候还以为你这个原因状语从句是想说明你问什么不同意做广告是浪费时间呢，所以怎么也没明白这句话是什么意思。只是一家之言。不一定对。
