The passage has shown a problem that cane toad,which was firstly use for portect farmers' crops,have multiplied too fast and about to destroy the natice economy system.And the passage proposed three measures to deal with it,to which the professor hold a oppsite view.

he first way to controlled the motivation of  toad is to build fence and it can somewhat limit the activities of toad.But the professor has sugguested that the fence can easily be took away by water,accompanied with toads' egg,then the hence will not work.
When it comes to gathering the power of volunteers to make some traps of capture toad by hands,is undeniable that this way can catch some of the toad.To the prefessor's worried,those untrained volunteers maybe could not distinguish cane toad from  native toad.As a result,some native toad may be killed by mistake.
The last access to solve the problem is make some virus that have a bad effort on cane toad.From the professor's perspective,is a kind of dangerous.She mentioned that cane toad may travel from Australia to the United State,this motivation will bring the virus to American eco-system and make a serious damage.

He(Its) first way to controlled the motivation of toad is to build fence and it can somewhat limit the activities of toad.But the professor has sugguested that the fence can easily be took away by water,
accompanied with toads' egg (听力里说的是young toad and toad eggs 是生活在水中的，所以可以被水流带到fence的另一边去，从而fence失效),then the hence will not work.

it is undeniable(不错) that this way can catch some of the toad.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Students are more influenced from their teacher rather than their friends.



When I was only a child without entering the primary school, I have spent majority of my childhood with my best friend who I treated as my elder brother. Undeniable, he somewhat have an influence on my personality, my hobbies or the computer games I have ever played, though, I still hold a view that, in most cases, teacher have a greater influenced on students.

In our childhood, more specifically, the period we always are together with our children friends, we don’t have the consciousness to learn a kind of behavior from our friends and think about whether this kind of activity is right or wrong. Then we are sent to the school later and receive education from our abecedarian. From then on, we will try to add some subjective definition on what we saw or what other do, and the definition we made are usually depend on what we were taught in school. From this point, teachers’ indoctrination really has a great relevance to students.

In the school, expect the knowledge, out teacher will show us the criterion about how to be a good person and let us get the ability of making an efficient decision. All of these chances are impossible to be offered by our friends. Although those knowledge instructed by our teachers may sometimes contain some mistakes. But we can basically confirm that most of the knowledge we get from out teacher are correct and somehow help us in our life, with these thoughts, we always make a choice on the basis of what our teacher taught consciously or unconsciously.

Socialist told us that friends can help a lot on building up your business or extending your enterprise, but what your friends can do is just giving advice, the eventually selection must be made by yourself. When it comes to making choice, it should review to what did you got from your teacher. In conclusion, however the relationship between you and your friends are, your teachers’ indoctrinations will be a decisive element about shaping your personality, your choice, your career and even your whole life.

In the lecture, the professor suggested that giving an option between 4or5 days work week would not raise the working efficiency while reducing the pay. On the contrary, the professor confirmedly holds his view that this kind of office rule will make the working quality even worse than before. There are a couple of reasons that the professor has an opposite opinion to the reading.

The reading introduced that a 4 day work employee will receive 80precent of the salary, by what the firm will gain more profit. The professor stated that, making this decision will force the company to employ more staff. Although the company just has to pay those who choose 4days work week, it do not mean that they will save the spending. As the company employ more staff, enormous of money will cost to train new employees. With the increasing number of employees, the company has to buy more computers. Furthermore, more working space will be needed.

As some of the staff will reduce their working time, the manager has to find someone else to finish the 4day worker’s project. By this reason, the company may ask some employees to work overtime with the expectation that finish the 5day work in 4day. Working overtime will make people hard to concentrate on work and cannot make a good result.

Reducing the office time will offer workers have more time to share with their family, in this case, suggested by the professor, the employee will decrease their work ability and may lost his job if the company have a economy cut down. What’s more, reducing working time will slow down one’s career development and he will not be considered first when the manager is thinking about a job promotion. All of these status will never be expected by an aggressive people.
