In current society, the relationship among everyone is becoming closer and closer. And the significance of relationship is well reflected when someone is going to cope with some problems or achieve a target. However, somebody argue that the ability is the most important thing when trying to attain an achievement. So, there is a fever debate about whether it’s significant to go on well with other people than study hard at school. As far as I am concerned, building a good relationship with people around you is more important than the knowledge you got from the text book.(写的挺好的，就是好像没有涉及到for future career success，这个是前提）

When we begin to step into the society after graduating from school, there will no longer be a professor or an advisor from whom you can call for help as you do in school if you meet with some hardship. But troubles are unavoidable, which they always happen, in this case, the best way to solve the problem is to find someone to give a hand but not deal with it only by yourself. So, the benefit of having a well relationship with other will be clear. We can find other to help us to go through the tough time, especially those who used to be in the same school with us and have completed education,the fields they working in usually have a relevance with the problem we get. Therefore, the hardship will seem much easier to come through cooperating with them.

Undeniably, receiving education is also a vital element to get an ideal career. But, from my perspective, it’s far less important than the relationship. Take my uncle’s experience as an example, he finished his undergraduate education in a excellent university with an outstanding grade. Due to
spenting most of his time in study and lacking of communicating with his schoolmates, he almost had't any friends when he once faced the society. During his internship, he met with a big problem and found that it was hard to be solved even if he had known how to do, it just was an astronomical number of works to be done. Consequently, sometimes, the ability to overcome the problem has nothing to do with one’s knowledge.

Furthermore, the advantage of having a good relationship can be incarnated when someone is building an enterprise. Running an enterprise requires so much people in specialize in different fields, such as counting, engineering and even management. If you have a good relationship with a reliable friend, you can ask him to find such people with qualification to help you with your enterprise, maybe some of their friends will fulfill the requirement.

With the reasons stated above, I can safely draw a conclusion that relate well to other people is a prerequisite to face the society, which is much more important than your study grade.

With the development of the competitive market, in order to achieve a target more efficiently and accurately, today’s companies are prefer to form some in dependent(independent) groups to follow their own separated projects.(这句话怎么看不大懂啊 你想表达什么呢) Therefore, this working form(pattern) requires those groups with a systematic working phenomenon. As somebody suggested that those who cannot receive other’s criticism will never help their groups succeed when they are in cooperation. I can agree more with this view, and I have several reasons to explain why I support this view.

First of all, those who never receive other’s critical comments are always those who always confident with themselves blindly. Generally speaking, these people who keep thinking they are right and those opposite to him(their views) are wrong when his team is making a decision. When an opposite view has turned up, they will usually try to convince those who against and never heard about other’s ideas, even if his decision is wrong. Consequently, when the group follows his wrong idea, there is always a bad result is waiting for them. What’s more, a recent research shows that those project groups which have an assertive master are usually working in a low efficiency.（不大懂）

In teamwork, the cohesion is another determinant factor to achieve a good result. If a group has a member who always follow his own mind and never believe other colleagues. （if 后面没下文了？）If members in a group do not believe in each other, this group will be a group lack of cohesion. The history is filled with the examples that a team lacking of cohesion is finally go to a tragic ending, and so is company teamwork in contemporary, a disunity team will never make a good project, not only bring a lose to the selfish people himself, but also to the whole group.

Last but not the least, those who have a blind self confidence are always have not an awareness of improving themselves, thus, the achievement is always seems far away from this kind of people. This phenomenon is also due to the blind confidence, they are always consider that they have known enough, so they are never try to get more knowledge or experience Take one of my cousins as an example, he is a graduate and once enter a small enterprise to begin his work. Although he is just an employee who is lack of experience relative to other people in the company, but he think that the knowledge he learn in university are quite enough and always think that the decision he made is right. But till now, the third year after he enters that company, he has never caught an opportunity of job promotion.

With the reasons I stated above, we can safely draw a conclusion that we should not too confident with ourselves, accept other’s criticism and avoid the mistake next time is always benefit to us.
