同时性混淆为因果性。电台增加全国节目时间与观众不满只是同时发生，有可能是其他原因导致观众不满，比如电视剧和广告播放时间过长占用地方新闻和天气预报时间等

ISSUE

1.全球化趋势下，人际交往在社会发展中越来越占有重要地位，对学生交往能力的培养A.help practice their self-management
ability and foster a correct outlook/ on life，影响学生自身发展。不能很好与同学同事和平共处的学生无法立足于社会，甚至危害社会（校园枪击事件）。B.影响社会发展，科学研究、环境保护和经贸合作都对合作能力有高要求。Scientific researches, environment protection programs, trade organisation.
2、教育确实有待改进；学校教育对交往能力培养（包括技能、态度、方法）不够重视. Schools, from primary school to universityes, always take grades too seriously, while students’ social acceptability is overllooked. 家庭教育也有问题，Instead of teaching their children skills and habits that enable them to fit in the society and feel more comfortable, they keep emphacises the importance of being number one in their class.
3、但是，光有社会化不足以带来better society，还要强调个性培养，not only socialization determines the destiny of society, but also other virtues as specialization, innovation and persistence。

50"In order to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level, all faculty should be required to spend time working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach."

Though I fundamentally agree that most of the faculty in the universities should have the experience to participate the employment or real works outside the academic world, it is unwarranted to expand this broad assertion to embrace the all faculty in the college. Therefore, my contention toward this opinion is that it is necessary to inspire the researchers concerning the practical discipline to spend time outside the academic world, while, for those who work in the pure theoretical field, it is meaningless to compel them to gain the experience in the practical work.

让应用学科的人参与实际工作有一定好处，首先能够激发研究人员的兴趣，并扩宽他们的视野，了解到最前沿的发展趋势。其次可以帮助学生更了解书本知识实际的应用，让学生对书本知识产生兴趣，并为一部分学生未来参加到实际工作中做准备；
2. 也有缺陷：这样会使教员分心，有可能面外的工作占用很多精力，而忽略了教学任务，这样反而会降低教学质量。比如，教授逻辑学的老师参与公务员考试
3 有些学科发展很快，确实需要多了解外面的发展，但也不一定非要让教员出去工作，因为还有很多渠道的，比如参加学术讨论会议、通过网络了解最新动态等等。
4 此外，有些学科，比如基础研究学科数学、物理的发展是需要在实验室里的，不需要到外面工作，且短期内这些都不会有太大变化，这些老师更不需要必须花时间去外面工作。

Almost the whole of our actions and desires is bound up with the existence of other human beings. We eat food that others have produced, wear clothes that others have made, live in houses that others have built. The greater part of our knowledge and beliefs has been communicated to us by other people through the medium of a language which others have created. we have, therefore, to admit that we owe our principal advantage over the beasts to the fact of living in human society. The individual, if left alone from birth, would remain primitive and beastlike in his thoughts and

名人在某种程度上改变了历史，促成了“质变”let things change from quantitative change to qualitative change。例如邓小平。
Though the few elites only take a small numbers in the historical events, they are the only people who have further understanding of the contemporary social condition and possess the capability to lead the large scale action. Some of them received the good education and have a clear recognition of the entire situation, and most important, can use the newspaper and numerous ways of media to propagandize their views and awaken common people's resent about the current dominators or present living conditions. For most of the historians, only through the orientations and articles which is made by the famous figures can they find the complete cause and effect about one event. In addition, the elites also shares some features with the common people and also can be regarded as the presenters of the majority of contemporary people. For one thing, the leaders are after all human beings, people like the others, and only difference between these famous figures and common people is that the former have more conscience and courage than the latter. So, research the few elites can quickly catch the real essence of the events.
