这道题在陈圣元老师的蓝皮书里面是选D，但是C的选项应该更好。首先，这两项的逻辑是相同的。但是Obviate的意思没有Repress贴切，另外foster=help to develop. dramatize=focus people's attention on sth in a dramatic way。这也说明C比D更加贴切。
很希望听到哪位童鞋不同的解释。
