其实salad的calory含量，还是挺高的

今天早上吃了好多啊。。。因为某领导讲话所以给大家吃continental breakfast...

一杯橙汁，两碗水果（草莓和葡萄柚。话说今天的草莓好甜啊啊啊啊！！！），一点scrambled eggs+gravy, 1根bacon, 半个烤番茄，哦还有半根肉肠。。。。。。。。

写出来才发现还是吃了好多啊啊啊啊啊！！！忍住没有去pantry & bakery那个section... 其实我很喜欢吃cheese danish的........

因为早饭严重超标，午饭没有吃。晚饭也不打算吃了。。。

好像应该是欧洲大陆式的早餐，就是放着各种各样的食物随便拿的类型

一般continental都会有的包括：鸡蛋，bacon, 土豆，各种烤点心，水果, 咖啡
