The speakerindicates that government should offer a free university education to allstudents who
has been admitted to a university but cannotafford the tuition. Although we should admit the importance of theuniversity education, offer a free university education may either difficult orhave some negative effect.

Education is veryimportant for the development of a country. So government should supportstudents accepting higher education, especially the students who cannot affordthe tuition. Take Japan as an example. The economy of Japan was badly hurt bythe Second World War. But it is unthinkable for Japan to recover from the ruinsso rapidly. In practice it because Japan attaching importance to education fromMeiji restoration and the people who accept the higher education help Japandevelop quickly. So the government should take some measures to support theuniversity education.

Not all the countrieshave ability to offer a free university education to all the students whocannot afford the tuition. To support students going to the university, the governmentshave to pay a large number of money on education. But for some country ofAfrica, a lot of people even cannot afford the food let along the tuition ofuniversities. If the governments offer a free university education for thesestudents, a lot of other things will be influenced significantly. So offer afree university education should be based on the ability of the government.

Even if thegovernments can afford these students' tuition, offer a free universityeducation may not a good method. If the students who cannot afford the tuitionof the university be offer a free charge of university, they may not treasurethe opportunity like before. So other methods should be adopted. For example, the universities of American provide various of scholarships such asresearch assistantteaching assistant. Students also can findpart-time-job in American university. These measures can resolve the questionof the students who cannot afford the tuition to a great degree. It also canencourage these students working hard at learning and they will also treasurethe opportunity of accepting the higher education.

In conclusion, thegovernment should take better methods to support the university educationrather than offer a free university education to any student who has beenadmitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition.

The speaker indicatesthat government should offer a free university education to all students who
has been admitted to a university but cannot afford the tuition.
Although we should admit the importance ofthe university education,
offer(offering) a freeuniversity education may be
either difficult or have some negative effect(effects).

Education isvery important for the development of a country. So government should support studentsaccepting(receiving)
higher education, especially thestudents who cannot afford the tuition. Take Japan as an example. The economyof Japan was badly hurt by the Second World War. But(but感觉可以去掉) it is unthinkable for Japan to recover from the ruins so rapidly. In practice it because Japan attaching importance toeducation from Meiji restoration(这句话语法有问题) and the people who accept the highereducation help Japan develop quickly. So the government should take some measuresto support the university education.

Not all thecountries have ability to offer a free university education to all the studentswho cannot afford the tuition. To support students going to the university, thegovernments have to pay a large number(amount) of money oneducation. But for some country of Africa, a lot of people even cannot affordthe food let along the tuition of universities. If the governments offer a freeuniversity education for these students, a lot of other things will beinfluenced significantly. So offer a free university education should be basedon the ability of the government.

Even if the governmentscan afford these students' tuition, offer a free university education may not be
a good method. If the students whocannot afford the tuition of the university be(are)
offer(offered) a free charge of university, they may not treasure the opportunity likebefore. So other methods should be adopted. For example, the universities of American(American universities) provide variousof scholarships such as research assistant,
teaching assistant. Students also canfind part-time-job in American university(-ies). These measurescan resolve the question of the students who cannot afford the tuition to agreat degree. It also can encourage(好像encourage后面最好接to do) these students working hard at learningacademic works可能好点)
and they will also treasure theopportunity of accepting(receiving) the highereducation.

In conclusion, the government shouldtake better methods to support the university education rather than offer afree university education to any student who has been admitted to a universitybut who cannot afford the tuition.

In this argument, the author advocates that the complaints of dizziness and nausea have norelation with the Promofoods tuna. Although this argument might seem reasonableat first glance, since the result of tests performed on samples of the recalledcans by chemists from Promofoods seems normal, a lot of questions need to beanswered.

First andforemost, we do not know whether the three chemicals which were found in thePromofoods tuna out of limits. Although the author says that these threechemicals which can cause dizziness and nausea are very little, it still haspossibilities that these small amounts of the chemicals cause the discomfort ofthe consumer, since we have no statistics to show how much of these chemicalscan cause the dizziness and nausea of the consumers.  Furthermore, we haveno standard to weigh big or small amounts of the chemicals. Maybe just minimumof these chemicals can cause serious dizziness and nausea. The author'sreasoning is definitely flawed unless the author can answer this questionabove.

Even though theother three chemicals may have no relevance with the dizziness and nausea ofthe consumers, do the other chemicals exist in the Promofoods tuna which cancause the dizziness and nausea? It is very likely that the Promofoods tunacontains some chemicals besides the eight food chemicals most commonly blamedfor causing symptoms of dizziness and nausea which cause the discomfort of theconsumers. But the author fails to give any information with can remove thispossibilities. Without this information the author cannot answer the questionabove thus cannot conclude the dizziness and nausea have no relevant with thePromofoods tuna.

Moreover, we donot know if it is scientific to take these samples. The author indicates that eightmillion cans of its tuna be returned for testing. But since we do not know thetotal amount of the Promofoods tuna, we cannot conclude these samples have therepresentativeness. Maybe the total amount of the Promofoods tuna which havebeen sold is very big and eight million cans just very small samples of thetotal amount. It is very possible that other tuna cans which have the chemicalscan cause the dizziness and nausea. To reach the cited conclusion, the authormust give other statistics which can show the samples are representativeness.

To sum up, inorder to draw a better conclusion, the author should resolve the questionswhich mention above. Otherwise, we cannot conclude that it is not thePromofoods tuna which cause the dizziness and nausea of the consumers.

In this argument, the author advocates that the complaints of dizziness and nausea have no relation with the Promofoods tuna. Although this argument might seem reasonable at first glance, since the result of tests performed on samples of the recalled cans by chemists from Promofoods seems normal, a lot of questions need to beanswered.

感觉最后一句话有点冗长,可以这么说:although…… because of the result(也可以修饰一下这个result) of the tests on the xxx performed by xxx, …………

First and foremost, we do not know whether the three chemicals which were found in the Promofoods tuna 加 were out of limits. Although the author says that these three chemicals which can cause dizziness and nausea are very little, it still has possibilities that these small amounts of the chemicals cause the discomfort of the consumers, since we have no statistics to show how much of these chemicals can cause the dizziness and nausea of the consumers.  Furthermore, we have no standard to weigh big or small amounts of the chemicals我觉得这句话的表达有问题;另外标准有没有我们并不知道,我觉得应该有,最好说作者没有提供足够的这方面的信息. Maybe just minimum(这里用这个不太好,应该是要表达 ”很少量 “的吧) of these chemicals can cause serious dizziness and nausea. The author'sreasoning is definitely flawed unless the author can answer this question above.

Even though the other three chemicals may have no relevance with (to) the dizziness and nausea of the consumers, do the other chemicals exist in the Promofoods tuna which can cause the dizziness and nausea? It is very likely that the Promofoods tuna contains some chemicals besides the eight food chemicals most commonly blamed for causing symptoms of dizziness and nausea which cause the discomfort of theconsumers. But the author fails to give any information with(which) can remove this possibilities. Without this information the author cannot answer the question above thus cannot conclude the dizziness and nausea have no relevant (relation) with thePromofoods tuna.

Moreover, we donot know if it is scientific to take these samples. The author indicates that eight million cans of its tuna be returned for testing. But since we do not know the total amount of the Promofoods tuna, we cannot conclude these samples have the representativeness. Maybe the total amount of the Promofoods tuna which havebeen sold is very big and eight million cans just very small samples of the total amount. It is very possible that other tuna cans which have the chemicals 删掉can cause the dizziness and nausea. To reach the cited conclusion, the author must give other statistics which can show the samples are representativeness(representative).

To sum up, in order to draw a better conclusion我觉得说 为了支持作者的结论好些,他写这篇argument就是为了支持他的结论,而我们批驳的是他的论证 , the author should resolve the questions which mentioned above. Otherwise, we cannot conclude应该是作者不能conclude that it is not the Promofoods tuna which(that)强调句应该用that cause the dizziness and nausea of the consumers.
