第一封来自UT Dallas,我眼睛没有花,我确信看到了admission这个词,可是整个邮件没有一个$符号。难道没有奖?
Dear Student,
Congratulations on your admission to The University of Texas at Dallas! Choosing to come to the United States to pursue your education can be an exciting and sometimes overwhelming process. The UT Dallas International Student Services Office (ISSO) is available to guide you, and we look forward to assisting you in your transition.
Here are some important links to answer questions that you may have related to UT Dallas.
Request a UT Dallas I-20 and begin the F-1 visa process:
- Students outside the U.S.:
- Review the ISSO website for a complete list of documents to submit to the ISSO. Once these financial and passport documents are received, the ISSO will issue your I-20. Note: if you have already submitted these documents to UT Dallas, you will receive an e-mail within 2 business days informing you of your UT Dallas I-20 status.
- Explore the ISSO Financial Sponsorship webpage to learn about graduate assistantships, scholarships, loans, on-campus jobs, and items to help you with the financial requirements for the I-20.
- Verify the address to which your I-20 will be sent. Instructions: Log into Orion, click on Self Service, then Student Center. In the Personal Information section, under Contact Information, please click on Permanent Address. Your I-20 will be sent to the SEVIS-Foreign Address listed. To request your I-20 to be sent to a different address, e-mail ISSOProspective@utdallas.edu with the updated address.
- Read I-20 FAQ: http://www.utdallas.edu/student/international/new/FAQ.html
- Students inside the U.S.: Review the UT Dallas International Transfer Student Guide.
Set up your UT Dallas Zmail account, as important UT Dallas messages will be sent there.
If you have not created your UT Dallas Net ID and password, do so at the Net ID website. Log in to the UT Dallas Zmail portal (https://zmail.utdallas.edu/) regularly with your Net ID and password to receive important updates. Contact the UT Dallas help Desk at assist@utdallas.edu for assistance. Note: if you do not set up your UT Dallas email account, the ISSO will continue to send information to the email account you have on file with the University.
Prepare for academic requirements:
- Admission holds: Inquire about required admission documents (transcripts, TOEFL), by emailing the Admissions Office at admission-status@utdallas.edu.
