Nature's Way, a chain of stores selling health food and other health-related products, is opening its next franchise in the town of Plainsville. The store should prove to be very successful: Nature's Way franchises tend to be most profitable in areas where residents lead healthy lives, and clearly Plainsville is such an area. Plainsville merchants report that sales of running shoes and exercise clothing are at all-time highs. The local health club has more members than ever, and the weight training and aerobics classes are always full. Finally, Plainsville's schoolchildren represent a new generation of potential customers: these schoolchildren are required to participate in a fitness-for-life program, which emphasizes the benefits of regular exercise at an early age.

Write a response in which you examine the stated and/or unstated assumptions of the argument. Be sure to explain how the argument depends on these assumptions and what the implications are for the argument if the assumptions prove unwarranted.

P1
In theargument, the author make conclusion that the Nature’s Way, a chain of storesselling health food and other health-related products, is opening and be provedto be very successful in the town of Painesville. To support the conclusion, augur makes the instance that the sales of shoes and clothing are at all-timehighs and the health club has attracted more members. In addition, schoolchildren also have become potential customers of Nature’s Way. However, the negligenceof assumptions could weaken the argument credulity.
P2
First, authorpoint out the sales of its products such as shoes and clothing are at all-timehigh. Nevertheless, strong sales of products do not necessarily indicate that onecan be most profitable by selling commodity. For instance, as the method togain the more amount of sales, it is possible through selling the high qualityproducts with the low price such as providing the more discount can storeobtain the strong sales. The other hand, as we all know, the selling priceminus manufactured cost equals the pure profit. Therefore, author fails toconsider the other possibility which can determine the pure profit thereby wecan not conclude that the highest sales will give rise to the highest profit.
P3
In addition, thefact that the local health club has more members and their classes are full cannot illustrate residents lead health lives and Nature’s way could attain thehigher profit. It is possible the club with not enough space and the training, and thus classes are always full. The other hands, author base conclusion onthose people who tend to health, thus neglect the importance of people who tryto keep health by the other means. Therefore, not all residents are prone toparticipate in the Nature’s Way. Moreover, augur does not consider the negativeeffect of their competitors. To sum up, author unfairly assumes the popularityand full classes may trigger to the healthier lives, meanwhile one can gain theprofit.
P4
Moreover, evenif store achieve in school children, there are no evidences to support theassumption that the program will bring the benefits of an early age. Emphasizeon the regular exercise for young children may bring about some problems. Forinstance, it is excessive that require school children to participate in theprogram, especially to those kids who are more interested in the area ofknowledge on the text book. In addition, it is no possible for every family canafford the program which is implemented at the early age of their kids. Therefore, absence of reliable information about the result of program we can notdemonstrate the program would contribute to the benefits of regular exercise.
P5
Inconclusion, lacking accurate information to support the assumption can notconvince me. To strengthen the conclusion, author should provide more evidenceand cover the assumption over all possibility. Without the considerableassumption, w can not make conclusion in the end.
