具体条件如下：
We are looking for a capable and responsible individual to work on an R&D project to develop All-Solid-State Lithium Ion Thin Film Micro batteries for Smart Card. He/She is expected to be well-versed in the area of vacuum technology, including RF Magnetron Sputtering. The project will require him/her to do part of thin film micro battery fabrication, mask and packaging design, growth process optimization, basic materials characterization (XRD, SEM, TEM), and micro battery charging/discharging test. Successful candidate will need to interact with academic and industrial collaborators regularly.

Responsibilities

- PhD/MSc/MEng in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, or equivalent
- Specific experience in lithium ion battery, or thin film lithium-ion micro battery development and test, or PVD process and thin film characterization is strongly desired.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and a good team player
