我也做了一天的填空了。。。脑袋也有点乱，，，，就和你交流一下：
1.comma表示以后分句子是一个意思。后面说得意思政府不管他们，他们自己会很好；前面是说要政府怎样，他们才能很好。所以应该是和left alone对应
2.第二个空我是这么想的因为是represent details。。所以是挑剔。。。。你的意思我似乎没懂，第一个空我也不太明白。
3.标准答案是B
4.第二个空格还是因为brandish的词义吧。“to exhibit ostentatious or aggressive manner”.感觉像是挥舞这理论的旗子。。。。但实际行动却背叛了。。。这次本身就有“表面上”、明面上的意思，符合后面betray的下文。
5.第一个空.undemonstrative panache与finesse and understatement对应，undemonstrative与understatement， panache与finesse。第二个控as if表示与之前相反。。即draw attention as if by seeking not to draw it，所以选F

1 西方经济学的核心思想是市场经济体制可以自行运转，不需要政府干预。
2 我觉得第一个空只能排除。。。
4 这个我也错了。现在的感觉是brandish和in practice构成反义（标榜和行为）。follow的话就矛盾了（这是OG的解释）。
5 看OG的解释。关键时intensely present and curiously detached，这个舞有一种很矛盾的感觉，所以第一个空要找一个paradoxical的内容。
