Topic:
Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish . Why do you think this is happening ? What can government do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced  ?

Currently, more and more rubbish , ranging from the package of goods to waste paper to used battery, are caused by humanity everyday .
There are plenty of reasons accounting for this phenomena . First of all , the acceleration of industrial process not only elevate our standard of life, but also speed up the production of rubbish, which lead to a series of environment problems . Secondly, the proliferation of some disposal items such as disposal chopsticks , disposal utensils and so forth, also contribute to this issue with putting heavy burden on recycling and cleaning . What is more , the lack of awareness of environmental protection, which has become commonplace . At present , is the root cause of the widespread of rubbish .
Personally, the effective approach to this phenomena are divided into 3 sections . Primarily, the state should cultivate the awareness of protecting our environment of people , and it will help them foster an environmentally-friendly lifestyle . then , implementing an array of policies on environmental protection is vital to decrease the production of the rubbish both in daily life and industrial process , such as limiting the release of waste , someone who violates their law will be fined enormous money . Finally , numerous departments that related with the environment should be established in terms of monitoring the execution of these measures .
To conclude , the issue of environment will be addressed by the collaboration of the whole society rather than the government alone .

It is generally believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for sport or music, and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Either of these two factors,endowed talent or aquired skills,are believed to be dominant in one’s career success,especially in fields like sport and music.

Regularly,youths who would like to have a good command of vocational skill will choose to take part in a job education,which not only help them to be sociable and professional,but also enables them to a certain skills out of which sometimes individuals could even make a living.Admittedly,with continuous training and efficient guidance,a man can finally be prepared to support himself with his own aquired knowledge and ability. Sportsman and musician of real genius or ordinary gift would both go through schooling in their elementary level of studying,during when them get to know fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge.

Essential as it is,proper training is not the key to excel in some fields.Specialist in music,art,sport and so on are usually expected to show innate ability which differs them from the mass public,because in domains of such kinds,the unique and original ideas that come only from people’s born creativity and motivation distinguish an expert from a player.

In my opinion,talent is obviously required as a vital element in professions relating closely to art,sport,literature and music,while in some other fields ,hard working will possibly make up lack talent.Apparently,numerous of facts have showed us technical abilities can be promoted step by step,even for professions like musicians and sportsman, and thus individuals must accept general knowledge and polish their skills to be superior.In other words,learning and teaching is an inseparable part of one’s success.However,aiming at standing out in vacations,students are required with aptitude, as inspiration means much more in creative jobs.

To sum up,in fields like music and sport ,basic knowledge and skill can be aquired through courses,but if students want to be the top in their professions,then they had better be talented.
