港大工学院网申中的Further Information怎么填？谢谢回答~

申请的是Master of Science in Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering)[MSc(Eng)(EEE)] Communications Engineering Stream 这个专业，在填写到Further Information遇到了困难，上面写的是：

RELEVANT MODULES COMPLETED AT THIS OR ANOTHER UNIVERSITY / INSTITUTION

Complete this section if you wish to apply for counting the relevant modules completed successfully at this or another university or institution to be counted towards completion of the MSc (Eng) curriculum. Please provide certified copies of your academic transcripts* and syllabus to support your application. (A maximum of three modules may be accepted)
* Officially certified documents must be submitted before an offer can be made.


在申请其他院校时没有遇到过这样的问题，请问大家是如何填写的呢，谢谢回答了哈~
