老师您好，我打算申请15年2月的system analysis，想巩固一下自己的IT专业知识。 我已经取得国内的硕士学位，本科自动化（计算机相关专业），一本非211/985，均分87(100制)，硕士211大学，控制科学方向。GRE319+3.5，TOFEL90。 目前就职于一所教育培训机构做管理培训生，同时教授tofel课程。想重新拾起对计算机的热情。

Actually you asked 3 questions

Please see my replies below.

1. If you're good in programming and have a good communication in English, the job opportunity is good.

2. If you are from computer science with good academic results and hand-on experiences, studying master might be a better options. If you don' t have plan to get a master degree in a short term or don't know your area of interests, graduate diploma might be a better option. For the students who wish to self-support their study, they would choose graduate diploma, too.

3. Both graduate diploma and master programs are in the graduate study programs. The difference is not big. In order to apply, PR, you will need to demonstrate your skills are in demand. Therefore, you will need to work in Singapore for a couple of years. For the details, please check with Singapore immigration website http://www.ica.gov.sg/page.aspx?pageid=151&secid=150
