答案是E，同样是第二空不，为啥是compensated for啊？读了好久还是没弄懂，还看过crazyrobin大神的解释，也没看明白他说的啥，谁能帮忙解释清楚啊?

答案是C，我选的是E。 个人感觉E更有矛盾对立的逻辑关系。C虽然大概知道他表达什么意思，但感觉牵强附会。。。找个明白人解释解释~

11#我当时是定下第一个空就过了，因为第一个空只能选heated和interminable，但是interminable那一项的第二个空不对。我也是contentious不理解
24#loss in comprehensiveness重复prune，more than表示“只不过...",  后半句一定要是”不能leave out“的感觉。
28#这不是一道有矛盾对立关系的题目，是一道因果逻辑题。句中没有负面词语，两空应为中性或正面的词语，而且同向。楼主在仔细读读这题干吧。
